Multiband Arrays
OPTISYS
Optisys has uniquely developed a multiband element that can be placed in tiles that allow either a combiner and passive solution, or a phased array electronically steerable solution. These passive or active tiles can be put together to make a modular solution to be used across platforms.
Different frequency sets can be used, such as L, S and C, or X, Ku and Ka. They are dual polarised, and capable of multiple beams.
These arrays can be used for communication, sensing or EW and are also suitable for multifunction RF solutions, making this a truly transformative product line.
Products | Optisys
OPTISYS
Optisys produces a wide range of product types, some of these include; phased arrays, horn arrays, omni's, slot arrays, feeds and RF equipment such as wave guide switches. Our novel design approach and the use of metal 3d printing allows unrivalled SWaP and performance improvements.
Applications | Optisys
OPTISYS
Being all metal our products are well suited to space applications due to their low SWaP and high efficiency. Optisys are experts in creating tiled solutions that allow us to grow very large structures (e.g in excess of 4mSq) for high gain applications, as well as feeds that are deployable for compact storage in cubesats.
