Rolatube IAM (Integrated Antenna Mast) is a lightweight, man-portable communications mast that integrates a high-efficiency dipole antenna directly into its structure—redefining rapid tactical deployment. Built from Rolatube’s proprietary bistable composite, the IAM unrolls to full height without tools, enabling users to connect and transmit in seconds. Available in 3.5 m and 7 m models, the mast weighs just 1.9 kg and packs down to a 150 mm roll, offering unmatched portability for dismounted operations. Designed for reliable RF performance, the IAM ensures no signal loss when in contact with grounded surfaces. Its embedded omni-directional dipole antenna delivers superior range and VOR communication performance compared to traditional systems. The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blade is a direct replacement for Bell 206A and 206B series helicopter tail rotor blades. Now fitted with a new style of feathering bearings manufactured by KAMATICS. These bearings provide a longer life expectancy, with a patented lining that provides lighter pedal loads and a higher level of chemical resistance, compared to that of the standard fabric Teflon-lined bearings. The AMT-206-1 tail rotor blade has a non-symmetrical airfoil section and incorporates a swept tip. The T/R Blade is primarily fabricated from uni-directional Graphite (carbon fiber) and Aramid (Kevlar™) continuous fibers suspended in an epoxy matrix and is fitted with a nickel abrasion strip on the leading edge. The abrasion strip is bonded on using a urethane adhesive. The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blades have a 30% cost advantage, twice the lifespan, higher strength and thrust, and a substantial noise reduction, making them safer and ideal for helicopter operators flying in noise-sensitive areas like national parks and built-up areas.

Pre-machined kits of parts to individual specifications are becoming more commonplace. In addition to freeing up time for customers and OEMs to focus on more profitable final processing, near net shape processes can improve product quality, reduce variability and enhance component design functionality.
