The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. T/FA-50 PTO Shaft, The New Standard for Next-Generation High-Speed Rotating Power Transmission The power transmission shaft (PTO Shaft) applied to the T/FA-50 features in-house designed, optimized flexible couplings that provide excellent durability. In addition, the adoption of high-speed precision balancing technology effectively suppresses vibration and ensures shaft oscillation prevention. While it shares a similar form with the KF-21 power transmission shaft, the T/FA-50 PTO Shaft incorporates unique, dedicated technology, making it distinct. The system development has been completed, and performance improvements are continuously underway with the goal of localization.

The SCFAN-CTRL-5U is an internal fan control module installed inside the chassis to manage cooling performance. It integrates with FAN trays and operates through Kontron’s Power Supply Control Module (PSCM) to control up to one 12V @ 3.5A fan and seven 12V @ 2.5A fans.
