The static-dynamic mixer vipro-DUOMIX is perfectly suited for compressible, two-component materials – with very different viscosities, extreme mixing ratios and high-pressure sensitivity. The extended version with optimized mixing blocks for low-viscosity, and high-viscosity materials on either side brings a further advantage: It is ideally suited for materials that are difficult to mix – with different or identical viscosities. A modular design with five different dispenser sizes per side allows complete flexibility. And a wide range of mixing ratios from 1:1 to 100:1. The vipro-DUOMIX can be used for complex two-component applications in diverse industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, or electronics. Irrelevant of whether it is for a dot dispensing, a bead application or for a potting application. Particularly in the production of aircrafts the static-dynamic mixer is used for honeycomb potting or for edge sealing. Special nozzles with adjustable bead width are available for this purpose. A wide range of two-component materials based on e.g., polyether, epoxy resin, silicone or polyurethane can be dispensed in all areas of application. Due to the parallel alignment of the dispensers, and due to a weight-optimized design, the vipro-DUOMIX is very compact – ideal for assembly in robotic cells or for automated applications.

It is commonly used in industrial and other devices to generate triggers ranging from one to several thousand FPS, ensuring precise timing synchronization with various devices. Periodic Mode: Continuously generates trigger signals after configuration. Burst Mode: Generates a single trigger signal upon receiving the best command via serial communication. *** Product Expansion and Usage ***  Four Operating Modes  Periodic mode: Generates a single-cycle signal based on the configured frequency and duty ratio.  Burst mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with a software trigger.  External trigger mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with an external trigger.  External trigger bypass mode: Distributes signals triggered externally.  Connect the trigger output signals from a Master Trigger Generator to a Slave Trigger Generator (as shown below).  By connecting one of the Master TG’s Trigger Outputs (1 to 16) to the Slave TG’s External Trigger Input: Outputs 1 to 15 of the Master TG remain unchanged. The Ku-band Amplifier Module is a low-power amplifier designed to amplify the LO (Local Oscillator) frequency in the Ku-band. It provides a gain of at least 17 dB and an output level of 13 dBm or higher. The module includes a built-in monitoring function for output signal detection.
