ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH
Mobile Mix-on-Demand System
The semi-automatic ViscoTec mix-on-demand station is already in successful use as a mobile system. For reliable mixing and dosing of two-component materials, in situ.
Two-component materials are commonly processed using premix cartridges, hardener rod cartridges or by mixing two components by hand. The disadvantages are obvious: The risk of human error, enormous material waste and high production costs offer every reason for taking the automated route.
With ViscoTec filling stations, epoxy resins, polysulfides and polyurethanes can be removed from larger containers and filled on-demand with the exact quantity required. The dosing is volumetric on a component or a filling container. A typical application is dosing in so-called inserts (thread inserts). The compact arrangement of the components on a mobile frame guarantees the operator maximum flexibility. The design as a stationary system has already been implemented several times.

STIM 300
STIM300 is a small, tactical grade, low weight, high performance non-GPS aided Inertial Measurement Unit. It contains 3 highly accurate MEMS gyros, 3 high stability accelerometers and 3 inclinometers. The IMU is factory calibrated and compensated over its entire operating temperature range.
STIM300 is a cost-effective ITAR free solution for systems that only had FOGs as an alternative when reaching for the performance level of that STIM300 can offer.
Each axis is factory calibrated for bias, sensitivity and compensated for temperature effects to provide high-accuracy measurements. The unit runs off a single +5V supply and communicates via a RS422 interface. The use of a 32-bit RISC ARM microcontroller provides flexibility in the configuration, like choice of output unit, sampling frequency, LP filter -3dB frequency and RS422 bit-rate and protocol parameters. For more advanced users, STIM277H may be put in Service Mode. In this mode all the configuration parameters can be temporarily or permanently changed by overwriting the current settings in the flash memory. Service Mode also provides the ability to perform single measurements, perform diagnostics and obtain a higher detail in the status byte.

MPS bearings Co., Ltd.
High-speed coaxial lens actuator
Designed on MPS Microsystems’ modular optomechanics platform, the High-Speed Coaxial Lens Actuator delivers custom-engineered, micron-level alignment in a footprint of just 170 × 87 × 45 mm. Two brushless motors drive lens holders (Ø 12.7 mm) that move in the same precision-machined bore, guaranteeing perfect coaxiality throughout the 3.75 mm stroke and no shimming or iterative alignment required.
The closed-loop cam mechanism runs friction-free, ensuring a maintenance-free stage that can be used in laser machining heads, spectrometers or 3-D scanners and keeps working for millions of cycles. Most importantly, stroke, motor, encoder and mounting interfaces of this high-speed coaxial lens actuator can all be customized to fit your needs with regards to optical and space constraints.
