The AI Inspection Rover is capable of autonomous driving indoors and outdoors, obstacle avoidance, high-resolution image acquisition, aircraft underbody inspection, and platooning. Its low-height design allows it to pass under the aircraft, and with its zero-turn function, it can execute missions more efficiently. Additionally, it can drive slopes of up to 10° and overcome bumps of up to 30mm.

DI Optical’s new EG1 prism gunsight provides a parallax free reticle for increased accuracy and rapid target acquisition. The shaded 30mm lens provides a wide, crystal clear field of view. CNC machined from a solid billet of aircraft quality 6061-T6 aluminum, the compact EG1 is unsurpassed in ruggedness and reliability. The rotary brightness switch can be conveniently operated with a gloved hand.

MPS Microsystems is specialized in manufacturing high-precision, miniature linear bearings. We offer a comprehensive range of exceptionally smooth bearings with bore diameters from Ø 2 mm to Ø 6 mm. The balls of these precision bearings meet ‘Grade 3’, the highest quality defined by the ISO 3290/DIN 5401 standard. Combined with a cage and a high precision casing, they allow rapid positioning while reducing friction and eliminating the stick-slip effect. The standard version of MPS Microsystems linear bearings consists of a stainless steel bushing and balls, and a brass cage. An all-stainless steel version or one with ceramic balls can be made on request.

Spring loaded High Frequency Micro-D Coax Connectors (MDHC) offer low VSWR up to 40 GHz (typ). These connectors have a constant 50 ohm airline impedance interface and are 30% smaller than our SCX coaxial connectors.

Our products are used for manufacturing interior design components for civil and military aircraft construction. Sandwich structures are used in many areas of an aircraft (storage compartments, interiors, wings) to reduce weight. In order to structurally strengthen the honeycombs or insert them, they often have to be filled during the production process. Typical materials are one- and two-component epoxy resins with a very high proportion of hollow glass spheres. These require extremely gentle handling, as they would otherwise be destroyed, which in turn would result in an increase in density. Common application patterns are beads, circles, full surfaces and egde-filling. The job is often done manually, which results in long production times and high running costs due to material waste. Lack of reproducibility is just as problematic as the health hazard often posed by these media. The ViscoTec solution: Material is continuously fed to the dosing system by removal from a large container. With the help of a robot or axis system, suitable structures can be mapped reliably. A coordinated overall system delivers a dispensing result according to specification, in which operator interaction is reduced to a minimum.

MOSKITO TI is a monocular that includes all essential target observation, range finding and geo-location functions, by day and by night, as well as state-of-the-art connectivity to battlefield management solutions. This extremely powerful and light laser rangefinder is operated with four CR123 batteries. Regular software updates keep this device ready for all future mission requirements.

It is a target drone that supports Live-fire training of various anti-aircraft weapon systems (Anti-Aircraft Gun, Guided Missiles, etc.) of the Army, Navy, and Air Force. Target drone take on the role of aggressor aircraft in training. When the target drone flies, the anti-aircraft weapon system participating in the training detects the target drone, conducts tracking training, and then conducts live fire to directly shoot down the target drone. In addition, we are developing services through anti-drone system (radar detection and tracking) performance testing and education/training based on the know-how and technology accumulated through live-fire training target drone operation services.

Some of our remotely piloted systems are the only ones in North America, making CIRUS a leading research centre on the continent.
