The High Operating Temperature (HOT) Focal Plane Array (FPA) functions efficiently at 150K or 120K, enabling a large-format detector that excels in image quality while maintaining a relatively compact size, weight, and power consumption. A VGA (640×480) LWIR (8–12 µm) uncooled micro-bolometer module with 12 µm pixel pitch and NETD ≤ 50 mK, paired with an F1.0, 10.7 mm EFL lens delivering H42° / V31.5° / D52.5° FOV. It streams at 30 Hz in either UVC (USB-C, 5 V) or GMSL1 (FAKRA, 12 V), with power consumption < 1.9 W. The ENS2000 (Sub-6GHz 5G small cell) is a small cell capable of providing 5G services with a coverage radius of several hundred meters. It supports operator 5G bands such as n78 (3.5GHz) and n79 (4.7GHz) for private 5G. Originally developed for indoor use, but it can also be installed in enclosures such as streetlight cabinets for outdoor deployment when needed.
