However, the manual process has several disadvantages: Enormous expenditure of time for the manual filling of several thousand inserts, high material waste due to relaxation of the material, and high material costs through the use of cartridges. ViscoTec can map the filling process automatically. The dispensing process is absolutely precise. A significant amount of material can thus be saved. In addition, material can be supplied from large containers, which in turn lowers purchase prices. Another important advantage: As a rule, no new specifications have to be made since no changes are made to the actual process.

It is commonly used in industrial and other devices to generate triggers ranging from one to several thousand FPS, ensuring precise timing synchronization with various devices. Periodic Mode: Continuously generates trigger signals after configuration. Burst Mode: Generates a single trigger signal upon receiving the best command via serial communication. *** Product Expansion and Usage ***  Four Operating Modes  Periodic mode: Generates a single-cycle signal based on the configured frequency and duty ratio.  Burst mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with a software trigger.  External trigger mode: Generates a single-cycle signal synchronized with an external trigger.  External trigger bypass mode: Distributes signals triggered externally.  Connect the trigger output signals from a Master Trigger Generator to a Slave Trigger Generator (as shown below).  By connecting one of the Master TG’s Trigger Outputs (1 to 16) to the Slave TG’s External Trigger Input: Outputs 1 to 15 of the Master TG remain unchanged. Outputs 16 to 31 of the Slave TG will mirror the Master TG’s Trigger Output. (Note: Each trigger signal passing through a TG experiences a delay of ten ns. However, since trigger outputs operate in the range of tens to thousands of Hz, users will not notice the delay).  Example with 17 TGen-16C units: Produces up to 256 Trigger Output Channels (16 × 16).

From concept to creation, DSD’s award-winning team collaborates with OEMs, Tier-1s, and industry and government research bodies across defense, aerospace, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle and off-highway sectors. 

STIM300 is a small, tactical grade, low weight, high performance non-GPS aided Inertial Measurement Unit. It contains 3 highly accurate MEMS gyros, 3 high stability accelerometers and 3 inclinometers. The IMU is factory calibrated and compensated over its entire operating temperature range. STIM300 is a cost-effective ITAR free solution for systems that only had FOGs as an alternative when reaching for the performance level of that STIM300 can offer. Each axis is factory calibrated for bias, sensitivity and compensated for temperature effects to provide high-accuracy measurements. The unit runs off a single +5V supply and communicates via a RS422 interface. The use of a 32-bit RISC ARM microcontroller provides flexibility in the configuration, like choice of output unit, sampling frequency, LP filter -3dB frequency and RS422 bit-rate and protocol parameters. For more advanced users, STIM277H may be put in Service Mode. In this mode all the configuration parameters can be temporarily or permanently changed by overwriting the current settings in the flash memory. Service Mode also provides the ability to perform single measurements, perform diagnostics and obtain a higher detail in the status byte.
