Contribute the Enhancement of Armed Forces with
Continuous Technology Development
Designed for replacing the Republic of Korea Army(RoKA)’s aged attack helicopter (500MD, AH-1S), the LAH(Light Armed Helicopter) Project is the one that aims to develop a cutting-edge armed helicopter suitable for the modern battlefield.
Through the synergy of maximizing commonality in subsystems and parts with LCH(Light Civil Helicopter), KAI will reduce the development, production, and sustainment cost ultimately to be a bridgehead for a global helicopter market.
The first flight of LAH was successfully conducted in 2019. KAI aims to complete the development of LAH in 2023.

The JW22992 connector was developed for the purpose of high-power transmission with demanding military standards and exhibits IP67-grade water and dust resistance.
It is also designed in the range of 40 to 200 amps and is used for high-power military and industrial equipment that requires the highest reliability.

AB-M1300
The AB-M1300 is a 1.3 ton-class eVTOL AAM. With a wingspan of 10 meters, the AB- M1300 is a crewed–uncrewed hybrid aircraft aiming for commercialization in 2028. Falling under the Light Sport Aircraft (LSA) certification category, it can carry up to two occupants, reach a maximum speed of 400 km/h, operate for two hour of flight time, has a maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of 1.3 tons, and a payload capacity of 250 kg. The AB-M1300 is designed for a variety of missions, including mid-mile logistics, personal leisure use, and pilot training.

STERNA
STERNA System accurately finds True North in virtually all terrains and regardless of the weather conditions. The performance of STERNA System is not disturbed by gear carried by its operator or if used next to heavy armored vehicles. It remains highly accurate even when deployed on reinforced concrete floors or in dense urban settings. STERNA System operates reliably even in GPS denied environments and does not require the operator to carry any support resources to determine True North. If your mission success depends on the highest level of accuracy and precision, there is no substitute for STERNA System.
