Whether satellites, spacecraft or space debris – GESTRA, the "German Experimental Surveillance and Tracking Radar", is a state-of-the-art radar system for observing and tracking objects in space. It operates in the microwave range and explores the Low Earth Orbit of 300 to 3,000 kilometres, i.e. the range in which most satellites and the International Space Station (ISS) are located. This makes it possible, for example, to protect space systems or the ISS from a collision with debris particles by providing a timely warning. Millions of tiny particles orbit the earth and, at a speed of around 28,000 km/h, pose a threat to active space technologies. GESTRA was developed and built by the Fraunhofer Institute for High Frequency Physics and Radar Techniques FHR on behalf of the German Space Agency at DLR.

We, STX Engine, started with our business to be designated as a defense company in 1977 and established a factory for defense purposes in 1988. Moreover, we have grown into a largest defense diesel engine manufacturer by licensing with MTU. The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blade is a direct replacement for Bell 206A and 206B series helicopter tail rotor blades. Now fitted with a new style of feathering bearings manufactured by KAMATICS. These bearings provide a longer life expectancy, with a patented lining that provides lighter pedal loads and a higher level of chemical resistance, compared to that of the standard fabric Teflon-lined bearings. The AMT-206-1 tail rotor blade has a non-symmetrical airfoil section and incorporates a swept tip. The T/R Blade is primarily fabricated from uni-directional Graphite (carbon fiber) and Aramid (Kevlar™) continuous fibers suspended in an epoxy matrix and is fitted with a nickel abrasion strip on the leading edge. The abrasion strip is bonded on using a urethane adhesive. The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blades have a 30% cost advantage, twice the lifespan, higher strength and thrust, and a substantial noise reduction, making them safer and ideal for helicopter operators flying in noise-sensitive areas like national parks and built-up areas.

The R10s is a reconnaissance and surveillance drone capable of conducting up to two hours of mission flight, transmitting real-time information such as target location and scale to the ground control system. Based on the company’s innovative vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) platform “Bluebird,” the R10s is equipped with EO/IR optical sensors and a laser range finder for advanced target detection. Upon receiving mission orders, the R10s takes off vertically, transitions to fixed-wing flight, and proceeds to the designated area. Its onboard cameras and sensors identify and track targets, relaying precise coordinates to the ground control system. With modular wing replacement, the R10s can be configured for extended endurance of around two hours or for high-speed maneuverability, ensuring optimal adaptability and mission effectiveness across diverse operational scenarios.

ElectroAir’s mobile APA-65 -series combined units consist of frequency converter units (AC rated output power up to 45 kVA) and rectifier units (DC continuous current up to 800A). These units are intended for the ground servicing of all aircraft types with a frequency of 400Hz and voltage 115/200 V and to power on-board electrical equipment and launch aircraft/ helicopters with a voltage of 28.5 VDC. APA-65 series is designed to eliminate CO2 emissions with its unique technical characteristics. Diesel hybrid unit and battery driven unit - unit can perform the complete service of aircraft at remote parking places with diesel engine / through batteries and it is also capable to operate from the 50/60Hz, 400V, 3 phase main power supply grid as any electrical GPU, without fuel consumption and with zero operating emissions. The range of different APA configurations with no emissions allow for safer, cleaner and more practical operational conditions for operators and personnel at the location. These units are very compact in size and weight.

Two-lug nutplate with bracket-retained nut element for FOD-critical applications where nut replaceability is desired but nut element retainer clips are not permitted.
