TERRAPIN X is a rugged handheld laser rangefinder by Safran Vectronix, offering up to 3,000 m range with 8× magnification, Class 1 eye-safe laser (905 nm), and a 28 mm objective lens. JWB Connector/VG95234 has the same structure as the threaded coupling JW5015A connector/MIL-DTL-5015, and is developed with the bayonnet method, which guarantees the stability of the coupling while being simple to combine and separate. Composite Tail Rotor Blades for Bell 206 JetRangers Fitted with New Bearings | Air Services Int'l., LLC
The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blade is a direct replacement for Bell 206A and 206B series helicopter tail rotor blades. Now fitted with a new style of feathering bearings manufactured by KAMATICS. These bearings provide a longer life expectancy, with a patented lining that provides lighter pedal loads and a higher level of chemical resistance, compared to that of the standard fabric Teflon-lined bearings.
The AMT-206-1 tail rotor blade has a non-symmetrical airfoil section and incorporates a swept tip. The T/R Blade is primarily fabricated from uni-directional Graphite (carbon fiber) and Aramid (Kevlar™) continuous fibers suspended in an epoxy matrix and is fitted with a nickel abrasion strip on the leading edge. The abrasion strip is bonded on using a urethane adhesive.
The AMT-206-1 composite tail rotor blades have a 30% cost advantage, twice the lifespan, higher strength and thrust, and a substantial noise reduction, making them safer and ideal for helicopter operators flying in noise-sensitive areas like national parks and built-up areas.
