High-Performance MEMS The Certus Mini range contains high performance MEMS sensors that are put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive 8 hour temperature calibration process. This provides the highest accuracy possible from this sensor class and outputs consistent accuracy over the full temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. L1/L5 Multi Constellation RTK GNSS The Certus Mini D supports L1/L5 dual frequencies, and GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and NavIC constellations. Access to multiple constellations and frequencies provides enhanced accuracy, availability and performance even in difficult environments such as multi-storey urban canyons. The GNSS receiver has 10 mm position accuracy with real-time RTK or post-processed PPK. Dual Antenna Heading The Certus Mini D provides a high accuracy heading solution using two GNSS antennas. The Certus Mini D rapidly and consistently maintains an accurate heading without the need for magnetic calibration and is unaffected by magnetic interference. Additionally, the system can determine heading while stationary. This makes it well-suited to applications where there is limited, or no, positional movement.

The SCXMC-SFPDP is a high-speed optical communication card that operates through the XMC interface of the SBC. It is designed to transmit and receive large volumes of data between the SBC and other devices in real time. Unlike Ethernet, which can be difficult to synchronize, the SCXMC-SFPDP uses optical communication with synchronization signals, enabling precise and high-speed data transfer. It offers low response latency (<40 µs) and supports four transmit/receive channels at 3.125 Gbps per channel. A device driver program is required for operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from Seedcore’s product page. Drivers for other operating systems can be developed upon request. With many components, a groove or an open edge remains after the bonding process, which must be filled or sealed. A modified two-component epoxy resin is often mixed and then applied manually. This often entails long production times and complex quality controls. Equally high material costs due to the processing of materials from cartridges. ViscoTec defies short pot life and materials that are difficult to handle: Thanks to a coherent overall system from material removal to material application, this process can be automated. The two components are taken separately from cartridges, hobbocks or drums and fed via hose lines to a two-component dosing system. Only at the very end of the process they are mixed in a static mixing tube and applied to the substrate (e.g. via a nozzle). The process is controlled and monitored by pressure sensors.
