Development of an integrated support system for total life cycle management of weapon systems

Hermetic connectors are a special class of sealed Mil /Aero interconnect that incorporates glass-to-metal or other highly-engineered sealing technology. Hermetic seal connectors are specified for applications as divergent as submarines and orbiting satellites. They are deployed to resist moisture ingress in underground applications and to withstand pressure differentials in vacuum chambers, laboratory equipment and commercial and military aircraft. Hermetic seal connectors, such as the MIL-DTL-38999 Series I, II, III and IV supplied by Glenair, are principally designed for use in military aerospace — in fact, the sealing requirement for connector hermeticity was originally driven by military electronic applications. But the products are equally at home in commercial applications such as oil-patch, logging equipment or medical devices.

Next-generation wheeled military vehicles are essential to secure maneuverability and survivability for efficient power operation even in the worst weather and terrain conditions, so we have developed a run-flat product with pure domestic technology that can drive to a safe zone where tires can be repaired and replaced with quality that meets the standards of the United States and NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) while ensuring stable steering and driving performance by applying our unique design in the event of tire pressure loss due to tire damage. Based on this, we produce and supply run-flat-related products to wheeled military vehicle manufacturers.

Liquid Measurement System (LMS) capacitance AC and DC fuel gauging probes use lightweight and durable carbon composite materials. In addition to being some of the lightest fuel probes in the industry, they are also virtually immune to corrosion, cracking, dents, and extreme field conditions. Our capacitance probes are inherently crash resistance by collapsing onto itself during hard impact landings to avoid tank penetration and fuel leaks. All electrical connections on the probe are bonded, and there is no friction or riveted electrical connections.

The maximum transmission distance varies based on the following frequency-related specifications. A splitter is required in such scenarios.  The CLS-30T2S amplifies and transmits image signals from a single camera to up to two PCs, supporting Base/Medium/Full configurations (10 Taps supported).  The Master side transmits RS232 and CC1~4 signals, while the Slave side replicates and transmits image signals only.

Available in operating frequencies from HF to Ku-band and with standard output powers ranging from 2 to 1000 watts. The Boreas 50 fiber optic gyroscope (FOG) is a highly accurate and reliable navigation technology. It’s the result of over 25 years of development in partnership with two research institutions. The gyroscope uses a closed-loop optical coil and an advanced spread-spectrum digital modulation technique to improve accuracy, stability, and reliability while reducing size, weight, power, and cost. Gyrocompass North-Seeking The Boreas range of fiber optic gyroscopes (FOGs) can determine heading without needing a Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) or a magnetometer. By sensing the Earth’s rotation, the system’s north-seeking algorithm can acquire an accurate heading. This is possible in static and dynamic conditions, even at high latitudes. Reliability Boreas 50 has been designed from the ground up for rugged reliability. Both the hardware and software are tested and certified to environmental and electromagnetic standards (MIL-STD 461 and MIL-STD 810H). The precision aluminum enclosure is waterproof and dustproof to the IP67 standard. The system is resilient to shock and vibration, allowing it to be used in extreme conditions. Multi-Protocol Support The Boreas 50 features multiple interfaces, including Ethernet, CAN, RS232, 1PPS, RS422, and GPIOs. It supports industry standard protocols, including NMEA 0183, CANopen, 1PPS, and ANPP, as well as a wide variety of proprietary protocols. A rich, responsive embedded web interface provides full access to all of the device’s internal functions and data. Internal storage allows for up to one year of data logging.
