Featuring a single output ball bearing, cored brush motor, and magnetic rotary encoder, the MD70MH-DroneCAN is often used in compact fixed wing UAV and drone applications where space and weight are mission critical concerns. It is an UAV recovery system that lands a fixed-wing UAV even in mountainous terrain where there is no sufficient runway for landing. Similar to the arresting hook method used to land an aircraft on an aircraft carrier, the UAV is caught by a pendant and braked, and a net is also added in case of an emergency.

The Bushmaster 25mm cannon fires both explosive and armor piercing rounds, while TOW missiles defeat enemy armor. The 7.62mm coaxial machine gun provides high volume fires at close ranges.
