AI Navigation Algorithm Certus features Advanced Navigation’s revolutionary AI neural network sensor fusion algorithm. It was designed for control applications and has a high level of health monitoring and instability prevention to ensure stable and reliable data. High-Performance MEMS Certus contains high performance MEMS sensors that are put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive 8 hour temperature calibration process. This provides the highest accuracy possible from this sensor class and outputs consistent accuracy over the full temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Dual Antenna RTK GNSS Certus contains a dual frequency RTK GNSS receiver that provides up to 1 cm accuracy positioning and supports all of the current and future satellite navigation systems, including GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BeiDou and QZSS. Dual antenna heading provides high accuracy heading that is not impacted by magnetic interference and has no motion requirements. Time Synchronization Certus contains a GNSS disciplined oscillator that can act as the primary time source within a distributed time system, enabling access to ultra-accurate system time using PTP or NTP network time sync. Certus also has a high-accuracy 1PPS and frequency output. Multi-Protocol Support Certus features multiple interfaces including Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS422 and GPIOs. Certus supports all the industry standard protocols including NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, TSS, PASHR, Simrad as well as a wide variety of proprietary protocols. Between Earth and space: stratosphere-compatible, solar-powered high-altitude aircraft, known as HAPs (High Altitude Platforms), offer a sustainable alternative to satellites for Earth observation and communication. They are reusable, cost-effective and flexible in use. The DLR joint project HAP-alpha is developing such a technology demonstrator and is endeavoring to establish a complete system capable of permanent operation. The aim is for DLR to build up comprehensive expertise for the development of high-performance, high-flying solar aircraft and to play an active role in shaping the legal framework. In summer 2025, the HAP-alpha successfully passed a ground vibration test.

It is a system that performs missions such as monitoring, surveillance and reconnaissance by ejecting and launching a foldable fixed-wing drone from the canister(tube) launcher. It is equipped with EO/IR Cameras (Electro-Optical / Infra-Red), which are mission equipment for reconnaissance, so that effective day and night image information can be collected. The gathered image information is transmitted to the ground control system (GCS) in real time while detecting and tracking the target by applying AI-based image processing technology. The foldable fixed-wing UAV has a simple structure and light weight, so it can be stored and transported in the canister launcher, and can be operated immediately so that it can be operated without time delay, and if necessary, the air vehicle can be retrieved and re-used by using a net-type recovery system.

Each SCU can interface with up to eight (8) fuel probes with temperature detection and/or fuel probes with compensators. It will process capacitive and resistive readings to determine the fuel heights for each probe and transmit the calculated fuel volume to the cockpit.

The REP panel and cable connectors are a highly cost-effective interconnect system, which solves the constant need for simple and reliable connector solutions in rail applications. A full plastic solution offered in either wire attachment or PCB mounting options to provide rapid assembly installation without requiring additional mounting hardware. Inserts are used in the aerospace industry in lightweight sandwich panels and are then bonded. The panels can then be screwed or various components can be fastened. However, the manual process has several disadvantages: Enormous expenditure of time for the manual filling of several thousand inserts, high material waste due to relaxation of the material, and high material costs through the use of cartridges. ViscoTec can map the filling process automatically. The dispensing process is absolutely precise. A significant amount of material can thus be saved. In addition, material can be supplied from large containers, which in turn lowers purchase prices. Another important advantage: As a rule, no new specifications have to be made since no changes are made to the actual process.
