The GCS is an all-in-one portable Ground Control System designed to command swarm UAVs in diverse field environments such as military operations or outdoor performance venues. Depending on the operator’s mission environment and purpose, three type options are offered: HardCase, Shelter, and Tablet. The HardCase GCS is optimized for outdoor operations, featuring a 1,000 cd/m² high-brightness touch monitor with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint (AG + AF) coatings for enhanced usability. Dual monitors are equipped as standard for multi-UAV control, with the option to expand to additional displays. It integrates a high-capacity internal battery, 220 VAC power output, real-time system monitoring, and an automatic cooling system, enabling stable operation without additional setup in any environment. Furthermore, multiple interface ports—including USB, USB-C, and HDMI—provide broad compatibility with diverse devices.

PBS TJ150 turbojet engine features a compact design and excellent thrust-to-weight ratio. Built-in starter-generator provides reliable starting and power to the deck network. Customisation possible (adjustment of hinges, length of outlet nozzle, etc.) A version of the engine with pyrotechnic ignition is available. A version of the engine is available that allows it to be re-used after a landing in salt water.

Military and Commercial

[Cutting by water jet] Micro water jet cutting: The micro water jet enables a refined process to be carried out in precision cutting. This high-precision technology reduces the jet diameter by a factor of 5 and makes water jet cutting more precise by a factor of 10. The micro water jet achieves a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm and a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. The proven advantages of the cold cutting process remain unchanged. In the pure water process, the cutting width was reduced to 0.2 mm in the abrasive process for hard materials such as nickel-based alloys and titanium. The new technology controls the cutting process and manipulates the cutting path depending on the contour and speed enabling a highly precise cut. Standard waterjet cutting: Water jet cutting is highly efficient and at the same time less severe than other cutting techniques. Low process forces and thermal loads prevent bending or melting. We can cut filigree delicate contours from practically all nickel alloys and titanium alloys. Using our standard process we can cut a range of shapes and dimensions according to customer requirements and drawings and achieve tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm or +/- 0.2 mm.

The versatile SLICE6 AIR can be used standalone, networked for high channel count tests, or integrated into existing Ethernet-based flight test instrumentation. The Fibre Channel D-sub connector series features a multi-finger ground spring fixed around the shell provides a multi-point contact engagement that affords superior EMI shielding. The end result is extremely low contact resistance when measured from the contact outer body to the connector flange. The Fibre Channel D-Sub series also delivers superior performance ensuring minimal RF noise and high durability up to 1,000 mating cycles, while meeting and surpassing all requirements of MIL-STD-202 for shock and vibration. Offered with 150 Ohm quadrax contacts, the connectors are available with 2, 4, 6 or 8 way insert arrangements. Additionally, D-Sub connectors feature ease of assembly, and a robust and comprehensive training package. To ensure that the correct high speed connectors are mated to address specific wiring requirements and keying functions, a keyed jack post option has been incorporated into the design. The six-positioned post allows for 36 possible keying combinations assuring that the correct Fibre Channel D-Sub plug is mated to the correct high speed receptacle. Non-keyed jack post versions are available as well. Fibre Channel D-Sub connectors feature size 3 quadrax contacts which are 30% larger than the size 9 configuration utilized in the 100 Ohm quadrax, ensuring a matched impedance signal throughout the contact mated pair at 150 Ohm differential impedance.
