Quadro expands the capabilities of Exolaunch's microsatellite separation systems with a four-point offering tailored to match the Arrow 150 satellite with masses up to 250 kg. It is currently the only separation system which is qualified to fly the Arrow 150 platform on the SpaceX Transporter missions. From the rocket launcher to its upper assembly, the bomb rack unit, completing a full weapon system as one set. The rocket launcher is a weapon system independently designed to launch guided missiles or rockets through 7-tube and 19-tube launchers, enabling both single and multiple firings. Through its development, independence of the weapon system has been secured, and structural stability has been achieved by applying a design that considers aircraft vibration and aerodynamic effects. In addition, it is equipped with the capability to receive the system’s firing signal and ignite the rocket. Based on the successful development in 2017 of the 7-tube 2.75-inch rocket launcher assembly for helicopters, the company is now independently developing upgraded versions of the 7-tube and 19-tube rocket launcher assemblies. Through this effort, we are securing scalability for application to next-generation helicopters and UAV systems.

SungJin's Board to Board Connector(SJB) are designed to meet or exceed the relevant electrical and environmental performances described in MIL-DTL-55302F standards.

[Cutting by water jet] Micro water jet cutting: The micro water jet enables a refined process to be carried out in precision cutting. This high-precision technology reduces the jet diameter by a factor of 5 and makes water jet cutting more precise by a factor of 10. The micro water jet achieves a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm and a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. The proven advantages of the cold cutting process remain unchanged. In the pure water process, the cutting width was reduced to 0.2 mm in the abrasive process for hard materials such as nickel-based alloys and titanium. The new technology controls the cutting process and manipulates the cutting path depending on the contour and speed enabling a highly precise cut. Standard waterjet cutting: Water jet cutting is highly efficient and at the same time less severe than other cutting techniques. Low process forces and thermal loads prevent bending or melting. We can cut filigree delicate contours from practically all nickel alloys and titanium alloys. Using our standard process we can cut a range of shapes and dimensions according to customer requirements and drawings and achieve tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm or +/- 0.2 mm.
