We, STX Engine, started with our business to be designated as a defense company in 1977 and established a factory for defense purposes in 1988. Moreover, we have grown into a largest defense diesel engine manufacturer by licensing with MTU. Based on the aforementioned fact, we manufacture and provide diesel engines for main battle tank, self-propelled artillery and armored vehicle to ROK Army, for destroyer, frigate, patrol vessel and support vessel to ROK Navy, for patrol vessel to Korea Coast Guard as well.

The L Series comes with frames in various lengths to accommodate a variety of module combinations. The frames range from a basic frame with just 2 side rails and 2 end caps, to more complex versions with jackscrews, backshells, cable clamps, etc.

The Cardinal 1280 is a high-definition SWIR InGaAs detector featuring a 10μm pixel pitch. This detector offers high resolution and sensitivity, enabling EO/IR systems to capitalize on the SWIR spectrum for low-light imaging and extremely long-range daytime surveillance, even in challenging weather conditions like smoke, dust, fog, or rain. It incorporates SCD's advanced Asynchronous Laser Pulse Detection (ALPD) technology. A Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) is included for optimal performance of the Focal Plane Array (FPA) in low light level scenarios. KMC Series includes high-density board to board and board to wire interconnect solutions available in multiple configurations from 26 to 162 positions with a 0.5mm contact diameter and is widely used in harsh environments. Space grade/ESA/ESCC qualified are also available.
