The Integrated Weather Observation System (IWOS®) is the compact, wireless, rugged weather station that can be customized to any customers’ specific needs. This system can replace legacy weather stations that require hardline power or extensive infrastructure for permanent installation. It integrates up to eight environmental sensing modules with optional satellite communication in a package that fits into a single case and weighs less than 25 lb. The A-C series is the most lightweight and low profile altitude switch in the Precision Sensors product line. The capsule based sensing element provides repeatable and precise absolute pressure threshold detection by sensing changes in the ambient air pressure compared to an evacuated capsule. The skeletal construction removes the need for bulky pressure fittings.

Typical uses include aircraft cabin air pressure monitoring.

The SCVPX-SSGM (Synchronous Signal Generation Module) generates synchronization signals to coordinate the operation and timing of various radar system components. It can generate synchronization signals using an internal clock, receive an external clock, or regenerate synchronization signals from external sources to maintain precise timing cycles. A device driver program is required for configuration and operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from Seedcore’s product page. Drivers for other operating systems can be developed upon request. This module is deployed in the L-SAM multi-function radar system, providing precise timing synchronization across mission-critical subsystems.
