This product is a test-rig to test the injection and function of various fuel (diesel oil, gas) objects of the main engine. This product model is made from slide fuel valve types of traditional diesel engines to latest dual fuel gas engines GI, GI, LGIP, LGIM/X-DFM, and ammonia fuel valve engines LGIA and X-DFA types, and we are directly doing everything from design to production. In accordance with the maintenance regulations recommended by Everllence and WIN GD, it is a product that tests the normal functionality of fuel injectors of main engine after disassembling, cleaning and reassembling of fuel injection valves.

CarboNIX NEO is an off-the-shelf separation system available in 8", 15", and 24“, 31.6” and 38.81” sizes. It is scalable to any custom diameter for satellites upwards of 1000 kg. While NEO uses the same lock mechanism and pusher arm subsystems as CarboNIX, NEO employs a new clamp ring system which is stronger, stiffer, can withstand higher loads and launch heavier spacecraft than any other separation system on the market.

This system product is a product that directly supplies and heats lubricant oil for smooth operation of the main engine cylinder’s metallic and mechanical movement. Lubricator, a product that supplies lubrication directly to the main engine cylinder liner, can control injection timing and consumption using an electronic control method that responds to the movement of the main engine piston. The alpha lubricator system is based on an algorithm controlling the cylinder oil dosage proportionally to the sulphur content in the fuel and, fuel consumption on particular load of engine. Minimum cylinder oil dosage is required to provide an adequate oil film and detergency properties. Everllence and WIN GD engines are currently applying the second generation Lubricator type, the Everllence type is Mk-I and the WIN GD type is Mk-ε (Epsilon).

MPS linear actuators are very compact, offer outstanding precision and can be adapted to the most demanding environments. The ball screws that make up these actuators give them a smooth, stick-slip-free linear motion. The diameter, motor, screw type and other elements of the linear actuator can be configured to your requirements.

Plane Windows are used as substrates for a variety of applications, such as laser window, output couplers, beamsplitters, beam combiners, mirrors, dichroic filters and plate polarizers. Considerations in selecting window substrates include transmission range, absorption coefficient, incident laser power density and environmental factors such as pressure, temperature, moisture, abrasion and corrosion. Plane Windows listed under UV / VIS / NIR substrates are specified for applications involving coating wavelengths 193nm ≤ λ〈2.0 μm. Units for these substrates are given in mm. Plane Windows listed under IR substrates are specified for applications involving coating wavelengths λ≥ 2.0 μm. Units for these substrates are given in inches.
