From the rocket launcher to its upper assembly, the bomb rack unit, completing a full weapon system as one set. The rocket launcher is a weapon system independently designed to launch guided missiles or rockets through 7-tube and 19-tube launchers, enabling both single and multiple firings. Through its development, independence of the weapon system has been secured, and structural stability has been achieved by applying a design that considers aircraft vibration and aerodynamic effects. In addition, it is equipped with the capability to receive the system’s firing signal and ignite the rocket. Based on the successful development in 2017 of the 7-tube 2.75-inch rocket launcher assembly for helicopters, the company is now independently developing upgraded versions of the 7-tube and 19-tube rocket launcher assemblies. Through this effort, we are securing scalability for application to next-generation helicopters and UAV systems.

The static-dynamic mixer vipro-DUOMIX is perfectly suited for compressible, two-component materials – with very different viscosities, extreme mixing ratios and high-pressure sensitivity. The extended version with optimized mixing blocks for low-viscosity, and high-viscosity materials on either side brings a further advantage: It is ideally suited for materials that are difficult to mix – with different or identical viscosities. A modular design with five different dispenser sizes per side allows complete flexibility. And a wide range of mixing ratios from 1:1 to 100:1. The vipro-DUOMIX can be used for complex two-component applications in diverse industries such as automotive manufacturing, aerospace, or electronics. Particularly in the production of aircrafts the static-dynamic mixer is used for honeycomb potting or for edge sealing. Special nozzles with adjustable bead width are available for this purpose. A wide range of two-component materials based on e.g., polyether, epoxy resin, silicone or polyurethane can be dispensed in all areas of application. Due to the parallel alignment of the dispensers, and due to a weight-optimized design, the vipro-DUOMIX is very compact – ideal for assembly in robotic cells or for automated applications.

It is a system that performs missions such as monitoring, surveillance and reconnaissance by ejecting and launching a foldable fixed-wing drone from the canister(tube) launcher. It is equipped with EO/IR Cameras (Electro-Optical / Infra-Red), which are mission equipment for reconnaissance, so that effective day and night image information can be collected. The gathered image information is transmitted to the ground control system (GCS) in real time while detecting and tracking the target by applying AI-based image processing technology. The foldable fixed-wing UAV has a simple structure and light weight, so it can be stored and transported in the canister launcher, and can be operated immediately so that it can be operated without time delay, and if necessary, the air vehicle can be retrieved and re-used by using a net-type recovery system.

Inserts are used in the aerospace industry in lightweight sandwich panels and are then bonded. The panels can then be screwed or various components can be fastened. However, the manual process has several disadvantages: Enormous expenditure of time for the manual filling of several thousand inserts, high material waste due to relaxation of the material, and high material costs through the use of cartridges. ViscoTec can map the filling process automatically. The dispensing process is absolutely precise. A significant amount of material can thus be saved. In addition, material can be supplied from large containers, which in turn lowers purchase prices. Another important advantage: As a rule, no new specifications have to be made since no changes are made to the actual process.
