Electromagnetic activities have become critical in the modern battlespace. In this increasingly contested and congested environment, situational awareness is key in tactical operations. How do you meet such a challenge without compromising the need to remain undetected and to deploy with speed and agility? But, a compact, man-portable system with the ability to support tactical operations at every level, is something new. Engine Start Begins with ATS. The Air Turbine Starter (ATS) is a key component of an aircraft's secondary power system, driven by Bleed Air supplied from the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to accelerate the engine up to approximately 8,900 RPM, enabling engine start. Through the in-house development and localization of the ATS, we have incorporated power generation, optimal design of the shear section with consideration of failure, Containment functionality, as well as lubrication and power transmission systems. In addition, we have secured manufacturing and assembly technologies and continue development aimed at successful operation and the establishment of a mass production system.

CATIS™ is an ultra-high-resolution, small satellite imaging radar device independently developed by Lumir. It consists of three components: the radar signal transmission/reception device SCEU, an active phased array antenna SATA, and a data downlink antenna KaPA. This X-band imaging radar device is designed for small satellites weighing 150 kg, offering an ultra-high resolution of 0.3 m. It transmits wideband RF signals to the observation area while orbiting at an altitude of 500 km and receives the reflected signals to acquire Earth observation data.

The L-band 8-channel filter bank receiver module is equipped with eight internal filter bank channels, enabling improved reception performance by isolating specific sub-bands within the receive frequency range. A 100W limiter at the input stage protects the receiver from high-power signals, and the module offers a low noise figure of 3.0 dB or less. Our products are used for manufacturing interior design components for civil and military aircraft construction. Sandwich structures are used in many areas of an aircraft (storage compartments, interiors, wings) to reduce weight. In order to structurally strengthen the honeycombs or insert them, they often have to be filled during the production process. Typical materials are one- and two-component epoxy resins with a very high proportion of hollow glass spheres. These require extremely gentle handling, as they would otherwise be destroyed, which in turn would result in an increase in density. Common application patterns are beads, circles, full surfaces and egde-filling. The job is often done manually, which results in long production times and high running costs due to material waste. Lack of reproducibility is just as problematic as the health hazard often posed by these media. The ViscoTec solution: Material is continuously fed to the dosing system by removal from a large container. With the help of a robot or axis system, suitable structures can be mapped reliably. A coordinated overall system delivers a dispensing result according to specification, in which operator interaction is reduced to a minimum.
