The NSP-2 is designed for integration on Modular-Payload (MP) compliant Unmanned Airborne Systems (UAS), and each unit undergoes thorough testing to ensure its reliability. Instead of a mechanical gimbal that requires regular maintenance, IMSAR’s NSP-2 uses an innovative 2D Electronically-Scanned Array (ESA) antenna to enable quick scanning in both azimuth and elevation. The NSP-2 works in the Ku-band using multiple modes, such as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging, Magnitude Change Detection (MCD), and Ground and Maritime Moving Target Indication (MTI) at low altitudes.

This miniature fin actuator manufactured by MPS Microsystems was designed based on customer specifications. Designed to guide a very small object and disposing of an extremely limited space, it meets strict requirements in terms of performance, weight - less than 100 g - and dimensions. To reduce the length of this actuator, MPS Microsystems used part of the screw length as the motor axis. This screw is equipped with a very compact 4-point contact bearing that simultaneously absorbs axial and radial loads. The angular play on the aileron axis is less than 0.1° rms. This actuator meets the storage and vibration requirements of military equipment.

The ACTUS® Laser Boresight is a precision device mounted directly onto the gun barrel, accurately indicating the exact aiming position of the muzzle. With a divergence angle of less than 0.6 mrad, it provides exceptional accuracy, making it an essential tool for precise alignment and target acquisition. With a peak torque of >200Nm / 1770 lbf-in and a rated torque of 80Nm / 708 lbf-in, the fully redundant DA 58-D is the strongest, electromechanical, fully integrated (actuator control electronics, position sensing, motor and drivetrain in one housing) actuator in the market. Besides the well-proven redundant RS 485 interface, the DA 58-D also features a redundant CAN bus interface. The DA 58-D has been developed for applications with the highest reliability demands. The redundant – two channel – design of the actuator allows continuous operation even if one of the two channels has failed. All major components such as the electric motors, control and communication electronics, and power supply are available twice (redundant). The actuator features a triple-redundant position sensor (2 out of 3 voting). Additionally there are several sensors integrated to provide diagnostic information such as current consumption, supply voltage levels and temperature readings. All major components of the actuator are continuously diagnosed by the microcontrollers of the actuator and its health status can be read via the redundant RS485 / CAN interface.

Between Earth and space: stratosphere-compatible, solar-powered high-altitude aircraft, known as HAPs (High Altitude Platforms), offer a sustainable alternative to satellites for Earth observation and communication. They are reusable, cost-effective and flexible in use. The DLR joint project HAP-alpha is developing such a technology demonstrator and is endeavoring to establish a complete system capable of permanent operation. The aim is for DLR to build up comprehensive expertise for the development of high-performance, high-flying solar aircraft and to play an active role in shaping the legal framework. In summer 2025, the HAP-alpha successfully passed a ground vibration test.

This system product is a product that directly supplies and heats lubricant oil for smooth operation of the main engine cylinder’s metallic and mechanical movement. Lubricator, a product that supplies lubrication directly to the main engine cylinder liner, can control injection timing and consumption using an electronic control method that responds to the movement of the main engine piston. The alpha lubricator system is based on an algorithm controlling the cylinder oil dosage proportionally to the sulphur content in the fuel and, fuel consumption on particular load of engine. Minimum cylinder oil dosage is required to provide an adequate oil film and detergency properties. Everllence and WIN GD engines are currently applying the second generation Lubricator type, the Everllence type is Mk-I and the WIN GD type is Mk-ε (Epsilon).
