Poongsan has been producing a variety of copper and copper alloy plates, ranging from copper products for everyday life to high-tech industrial materials. These copper and copper alloy plates, which are recognized as high-quality materials at home and abroad, are representative industrial basic materials that are widely used in all industrial fields, including automobiles, electrical and electronics, semiconductors, communications, construction, and machinery. Poongsan has various casting facilities, including the world's largest shaft furnace, a hot mill capable of continuously rolling 6-ton slabs, a tandem mill, and a 20-stage cold rolling mill, as well as various hot and cold rolling facilities and heat treatment furnaces. We are building a large-scale integrated production system from the casting process to finishing processes such as cutting and packaging. Poongsan's rolled products are produced in various sizes depending on the type, ranging from 630mm in width, 0.03mm in thickness, and thickness tolerance to 2/1000mm. The SCXMC-HDLC card operates through the XMC interface of the SBC and provides real-time communication for control and status data based on synchronization signals. It supports serial communication via the SBCRTM’s Micro D-sub 37-pin connector using a standard D-sub 9-pin interface, allowing long-distance transmission through LVDS signaling. With four transmit/receive channels, it achieves 1–8 Mbps per channel and delivers low-latency performance of less than 40 µs for real-time operations. A device driver program is required for operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from Seedcore’s product page. Drivers for other operating systems can be developed upon request. This module is deployed in the L-SAM multi-function radar system, enabling fast and reliable control data communication across mission-critical components.
