The Harxon JH001 and JH003 antennas are purpose-built for UAVs operating in environments with jamming and spoofying, offering superior anti-jamming capabilities far beyond ordionary helix antennas. Leveraging advanced beamforming technology and pre-multiple filtering, these antennas significantly enhance signal quality by effectively suppressing out-of-band noise and mitigating multipath interference. This ensures robust, high-precision centimeter-level positioning, making them ideal for critical UAV applications.

The mRO-50 Ruggedized is a breakthrough microwave optical double resonance (MODR) low SWaP-C Miniaturized Rubidium Oscillator designed to meet the latest commercial, military and aerospace requirements where time stability and power consumption are critical. It provides a one day holdover below 1µs and a retrace below 1E-10 in a form factor (50.8 x 50.8 x 20mm) that takes up only 51 cc of volume (about one-third of the volume compared to standard rubidiums) and consumes only 0.36W of power, which is about ten times less than existing solutions with similar capabilities. The mRO-50 Ruggedized Oscillator provides accurate frequency and precise time synchronization to mobile applications, such as military radio-pack systems in GNSS-degraded or denied environments. Our firm offers end-to-end GaN production capabilities, including fabrication, packaging, test, and failure analysis to meet custom requirements. To enable customer designs, a process design kit (PDK) is available with a design manual, sample layouts, and a non-linear device model. Options available include fabrication of customer-designed wafers (“PDK foundry service”) or custom design by TransEON and fabrication according to customer specs (“NRE foundry service”). For either option, volume levels available include pilot/engineering runs, multi-project wafers (MPWs), or full production runs.

Wing shells, side shells and fuselage sections are usually made of carbon fibre composites and glued together during the production process. With many components, a groove or an open edge remains after the bonding process, which must be filled or sealed. A modified two-component epoxy resin is often mixed and then applied manually. This often entails long production times and complex quality controls. Equally high material costs due to the processing of materials from cartridges. ViscoTec defies short pot life and materials that are difficult to handle: Thanks to a coherent overall system from material removal to material application, this process can be automated. The two components are taken separately from cartridges, hobbocks or drums and fed via hose lines to a two-component dosing system. Only at the very end of the process they are mixed in a static mixing tube and applied to the substrate (e.g. via a nozzle). The process is controlled and monitored by pressure sensors.
