Poongsan has been producing a variety of copper and copper alloy plates, ranging from copper products for everyday life to high-tech industrial materials. These copper and copper alloy plates, which are recognized as high-quality materials at home and abroad, are representative industrial basic materials that are widely used in all industrial fields, including automobiles, electrical and electronics, semiconductors, communications, construction, and machinery. Poongsan has various casting facilities, including the world's largest shaft furnace, a hot mill capable of continuously rolling 6-ton slabs, a tandem mill, and a 20-stage cold rolling mill, as well as various hot and cold rolling facilities and heat treatment furnaces. We are building a large-scale integrated production system from the casting process to finishing processes such as cutting and packaging. The static-dynamic mixer vipro-DUOMIX is perfectly suited for compressible, two-component materials – with very different viscosities, extreme mixing ratios and high-pressure sensitivity. The extended version with optimized mixing blocks for low-viscosity, and high-viscosity materials on either side brings a further advantage: It is ideally suited for materials that are difficult to mix – with different or identical viscosities. This miniaturized system allows, depending on the desired configuration, to move very precisely between 1 and 3 sets of lenses over a stroke of several centimeters. The design has been optimized to ensure perfect alignment of the lenses and to minimize their tilt throughout the movement. This optomechanical system mainly consists of high-precision standard MPS and FAULHABER modules, such as brushless or stepper motors, ground ball screws with double nuts and linear ball bearings. It is particularly recommended for focusing a laser over a long distance, for example for the guidance of unmanned flying objects or for communication between flying objects.
