The SCXMC-AURORA is one of Seedcore’s flagship products, designed for high-speed optical data communication through an XMC interface. Wing shells, side shells and fuselage sections are usually made of carbon fibre composites and glued together during the production process. With many components, a groove or an open edge remains after the bonding process, which must be filled or sealed. A modified two-component epoxy resin is often mixed and then applied manually. This often entails long production times and complex quality controls. Equally high material costs due to the processing of materials from cartridges. ViscoTec defies short pot life and materials that are difficult to handle: Thanks to a coherent overall system from material removal to material application, this process can be automated. The two components are taken separately from cartridges, hobbocks or drums and fed via hose lines to a two-component dosing system. Only at the very end of the process they are mixed in a static mixing tube and applied to the substrate (e.g. via a nozzle). The process is controlled and monitored by pressure sensors.

The SCFAN-CTRL-10U is an internal fan control module installed inside the chassis to provide advanced cooling control and system thermal management. It integrates with FAN trays and operates through Kontron’s Power Supply Control Module (PSCM), supporting up to two 12V @ 3.5A fans and seven 12V @ 2.5A fans. This module ensures stable cooling performance and system reliability for high-density VPX-based embedded systems. It is deployed in the M-SAM-II multi-function radar system, where it provides precise and efficient cooling control for mission-critical radar operations.

The 100W High Power Amplifier is an L-band amplifier that delivers 100W output across two channels with a 60% duty cycle. It offers a gain of over 50 dB, with output flatness of 2 dB depending on the input signal level. The amplifier provides an ACLR performance of -20 dBc at maximum output. Equipped with an output-stage bandpass filter (BPF), it achieves excellent harmonic suppression of -70 dBc. Built-in monitoring functions include output signal and temperature monitoring.

Inserts are used in the aerospace industry in lightweight sandwich panels and are then bonded. The panels can then be screwed or various components can be fastened. However, the manual process has several disadvantages: Enormous expenditure of time for the manual filling of several thousand inserts, high material waste due to relaxation of the material, and high material costs through the use of cartridges. ViscoTec can map the filling process automatically. The dispensing process is absolutely precise. A significant amount of material can thus be saved. In addition, material can be supplied from large containers, which in turn lowers purchase prices. Another important advantage: As a rule, no new specifications have to be made since no changes are made to the actual process.
