The Cardinal 1280 is a high-definition SWIR InGaAs detector featuring a 10μm pixel pitch. This detector offers high resolution and sensitivity, enabling EO/IR systems to capitalize on the SWIR spectrum for low-light imaging and extremely long-range daytime surveillance, even in challenging weather conditions like smoke, dust, fog, or rain. It incorporates SCD's advanced Asynchronous Laser Pulse Detection (ALPD) technology. A Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) is included for optimal performance of the Focal Plane Array (FPA) in low light level scenarios. Side shells, wing shells and fuselage structures are made of CFK, GFK, aluminium or organic sheets and get connected during production. Sealants are used to seal the connection surfaces. These are usually two-component polysulphides, which have to be applied in different geometries. Typical applications are: Fillet sealings, oversealings, interface sealings and seal caps. Due to their properties, polysulfides require very low pressure and shear handling. The compressibility of the fillers contained in the medium requires a high level of expertise and a coherent overall system from material removal to application. With manual application, long production times and high material ejection have a negative influence on the complete process. Complex quality standards are required due to the risk of human error. With the in-house developments of the vipro-DUOMIX from ViscoTec, this process can be depicted fully automatically. The individual nozzle design is also adapted to each application. The result is a controlled dosage in compliance with the specifications and at the same time the highest repeat accuracy.

Quadro Versa expands the capabilities of Exolaunch's microsatellite separation systems with a four-point offering tailored to satellites weighing up to 1000 kg and flying on SpaceX Rideshare plates. Versa has been designed for compatibility with the SpaceX four-point interfaces, and it is easily scalable to any size from 24”x24” up to 40”x40”. Larger satellites over 1000 kg and with larger footprints are also served by Versa, which offers unrivaled strength, stiffness and reliability for four-point satellites of any size.

Military and Commercial

I'd like to introduce is the “Lightweight 105 Self-propelled Howitzer,” which is unveiled in 2024. This model is mounted on the small tactical vehicle, showcasing the strong collaboration within Hyundai Motor Group. This product is applying 105mm artillery and can also be utilized on the battlefield with a command vehicle, firing vehicle, and ammunition carrier. This system is optimized for "Shoot & Scoot" tactics, as each vehicle weighs less than 7 tons and can be airlifted by tandem rotor helicopters like the CH-47 Chinook. The number of the crew has been reduced from six to four, which enhances its mobility and efficiency. It boasts a maximum firing rate of 10 rounds per minute and a range of 14.7 kilometers. This Lightweight 105mm Self-propelled Howitzer was completed firing test and currently in the final stages of developing with the government agency. I am looking forward to manufacturing mass production in 2026.

Our XR-based aircraft maintenance simulator is officially certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) of South Korea for training and education. It provides specialized training environments for the A321, B737-MAX, and B737-800NG aircraft, featuring over 80 detailed modules—including procedures for engine removal, main landing gear installation, and more. This subscription-based simulator is fully compatible with smartphones, tablets, and wearable XR devices, enabling seamless access through a cloud-based web service. Users can train anytime, anywhere—perfect for both remote learning and remote maintenance scenarios. Compared to traditional classroom learning, the XR platform is 4 times more effective and requires only one-third the training time. It also improves user confidence in real-world technical applications by up to 275%. By transforming traditional paper manuals into immersive, interactive training environments, the simulator delivers the next generation of aircraft MRO education for both civil and defense sectors.

PBS TJ150 turbojet engine features a compact design and excellent thrust-to-weight ratio. Built-in starter-generator provides reliable starting and power to the deck network. Customisation possible (adjustment of hinges, length of outlet nozzle, etc.) A version of the engine with pyrotechnic ignition is available. A version of the engine is available that allows it to be re-used after a landing in salt water.
