We developed and optimized an object detection and tracking solution tailored for edge environments using Intel Atom platforms with OpenVINO. The system combines MobileNetV3-SSDLite for detection and MobileNetV3-Small for tracking, enabling efficient real-time performance on resource-constrained devices. Through model optimization and inference acceleration, we achieved over 2x improvement in FPS and more than 50% enhancement in inference speed, all while maintaining detection and tracking accuracy. This demonstrates the solution’s suitability for lightweight, low-power edge AI applications

QPL certification is a system in which the US government guarantees the quality only for products that have passed strict local company inspections made of 150 tests and verifications under the supervision of the US government. Yeonhab Precision obtained the certification in Asia for the first time after 10 years of application. In particular, with the successful QPL registration for the first time in Asia, Yeonhab Precision is the first and only company in Asia which got the qualification of marking “MS” with the title of “Korea’s first MIL-DTL connector”. The REP panel and cable connectors are a highly cost-effective interconnect system, which solves the constant need for simple and reliable connector solutions in rail applications. A full plastic solution offered in either wire attachment or PCB mounting options to provide rapid assembly installation without requiring additional mounting hardware. We have core technological capabilities to manufacture high-quality ZnS products tailored to meet diverse customer requirements. ZnS Material Optical Performance and Processing ZnS materials produced through CVD processes provide high transmittance exceeding 70% in the SWIR wavelength range (8-12 μm). When these materials undergo additional Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) treatment, the crystal structure undergoes recrystallization, improving transmission characteristics to achieve over 70% transmittance in the visible (VIS) wavelength range of 0.45-0.8 μm. This process extends the application range of optical materials previously limited to SWIR and LWIR bands, delivering superior optical performance across multi-wavelength regions from VIS to LWIR. Material Specifications: - STD-ZnS (Standard ZnS Material): Manufactured via CVD process, exhibits transmittance exceeding 70% in LWIR wavelengths (8-12 μm) with high physical hardness (Knoop hardness: 210 kgf/mm²). - MS-ZnS (Multispectral ZnS): Converted from STD-ZnS through HIP processing, extends wavelength range into the visible spectrum. While crystal structure recrystallization during this process reduces hardness somewhat (approximately 150 kgf/mm²), it still meets MIL specifications. This dual-processing approach enables comprehensive wavelength coverage while maintaining military-grade durability standards.
