The Behringer type LPS 25-125-6A saw can cut titanium plates up to a size of 2000 x 6000 mm and a thickness of 150 mm according to the customer's requirements. Engine Start Begins with ATS. The Air Turbine Starter (ATS) is a key component of an aircraft's secondary power system, driven by Bleed Air supplied from the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to accelerate the engine up to approximately 8,900 RPM, enabling engine start. Through the in-house development and localization of the ATS, we have incorporated power generation, optimal design of the shear section with consideration of failure, Containment functionality, as well as lubrication and power transmission systems. In addition, we have secured manufacturing and assembly technologies and continue development aimed at successful operation and the establishment of a mass production system.

The system is designed to maximise installation flexibility, through optional power and diagnostics data over RF (permitting the use of a single cable), and a highly reconfigurable baseplate to allow the mounting holes and connector type/ position to be tailored to the target platform. Use of Chelton’s established and field-tested GNSS Anti-Jam core firmware provides a high degree of protection against complex threat scenarios and in highly dynamic environments. A software definable core allows future upgradeable ‘Signal Intelligence Apps’ to be hosted, providing the user with situational awareness of the battlefield environment and allows feedback into mission planning activities.

Only ICEYE’s constellation of small and agile SAR satellites is able to revisit the same location in space daily and even sub-daily, enabling a level of change detection that’s never been possible before.

Developed and manufactured by MPS Microsystems based on customer specifications, this lens actuator forms an essential component of a laser guidance system for unmanned flying objects. It enables 2 lens groups to be displaced individually over a total range of 48 mm and makes it possible to focus a laser over a distance of several kilometres. The main technical difficulty inherent to this actuator lies in meeting very stringent requirements for alignment between the two lens groups (< 10 µm) and in maintaining a very small tilt of the lenses over their entire stroke (lateral deviation < 2 µm). The key part making it possible to ensure such specifications is a frame machined by milling from an aluminium block, into which the 2 drive systems are fastened. These systems each consist of a Ø16 mm brushless motor and a Ø4 mm ball screw with an axial play of less than 5 µm. Backlash-free and frictionless sliding of the lens holders is ensured by standard L306 linear ball bearings manufactured by MPS Microsystems.
