Hydraulic top bracing is an attenuation device installed between the main engine and the hull of the ship to reduce thermal expansion and vibration from the main engine to natural frequencies. The operating principle is an automatic control operating system through in/out and on/off the operating range of the hydraulic top bracing according to the rpm of the main engine. The number of hydraulic cylinders per engine is typically 2, 4, 6 depending on the type of engine, up to 8 are installed if necessary, and 1~2 of control panels are installed.

This system product is a product that directly supplies and heats lubricant oil for smooth operation of the main engine cylinder’s metallic and mechanical movement. Lubricator, a product that supplies lubrication directly to the main engine cylinder liner, can control injection timing and consumption using an electronic control method that responds to the movement of the main engine piston. The alpha lubricator system is based on an algorithm controlling the cylinder oil dosage proportionally to the sulphur content in the fuel and, fuel consumption on particular load of engine. Minimum cylinder oil dosage is required to provide an adequate oil film and detergency properties. Everllence and WIN GD engines are currently applying the second generation Lubricator type, the Everllence type is Mk-I and the WIN GD type is Mk-ε (Epsilon).

Developed and manufactured by MPS Microsystems based on customer specifications, this lens actuator forms an essential component of a laser guidance system for unmanned flying objects. It enables 2 lens groups to be displaced individually over a total range of 48 mm and makes it possible to focus a laser over a distance of several kilometres. The main technical difficulty inherent to this actuator lies in meeting very stringent requirements for alignment between the two lens groups (< 10 µm) and in maintaining a very small tilt of the lenses over their entire stroke (lateral deviation < 2 µm). The key part making it possible to ensure such specifications is a frame machined by milling from an aluminium block, into which the 2 drive systems are fastened. These systems each consist of a Ø16 mm brushless motor and a Ø4 mm ball screw with an axial play of less than 5 µm. Backlash-free and frictionless sliding of the lens holders is ensured by standard L306 linear ball bearings manufactured by MPS Microsystems.

Plane Windows are used as substrates for a variety of applications, such as laser window, output couplers, beamsplitters, beam combiners, mirrors, dichroic filters and plate polarizers. Considerations in selecting window substrates include transmission range, absorption coefficient, incident laser power density and environmental factors such as pressure, temperature, moisture, abrasion and corrosion. Plane Windows listed under UV / VIS / NIR substrates are specified for applications involving coating wavelengths 193nm ≤ λ〈2.0 μm. Units for these substrates are given in mm. Plane Windows listed under IR substrates are specified for applications involving coating wavelengths λ≥ 2.0 μm. Units for these substrates are given in inches. We have taken the standard housing configuration of the P1 & P3 mounting dimensions while incorporating true differential pair contacts within the P1 & P3 dimensional constraints. P1 connector housing contains 21 position true differential pair blind mate contacts allowing board designers to carry high density differential pair signals from the LRU via motherboard to daughter-card plug in modules with a single connector P1 type housing.
