The Haigh-Farr Wraparound™ is a self-contained omnidirectional antenna for cylindrical or conical shaped bodies. A single point feed is used and no external splitters, combiners or cable harnesses are required for installation. The antenna is conformal, and may be mounted flush, or on the exterior of the vehicle. Designs are available from 300 MHz to 13 GHz with typical applications including Flight Termination, GPS, Telemetry, Data Links and Transponder. Multiple antenna elements may be combined within the same physical Wraparound™, providing multi- band capability in a single, compact package. Wraparound™ antennas have been flown on vehicles from subsurface sea to space, including high-mach kinetic kill weapons, high-G projectiles and re-entry vehicles. The Wraparound™ has been qualified for use on several high performance vehicles flown on test and launch ranges throughout the United States and Europe. For high aero-heating applications an ablative heat shield may be added to the antenna for additional thermal protection.

The L-band 8-channel filter bank receiver module is equipped with eight internal filter bank channels, enabling improved reception performance by isolating specific sub-bands within the receive frequency range. A 100W limiter at the input stage protects the receiver from high-power signals, and the module offers a low noise figure of 3.0 dB or less. The input P1dB for the receiver is -20 dBm, and the module features a built-in path self-test function.

The KX2-2046 is an X-band high-power MMIC amplifier fabricated on the GaN-on-SiC process. It operates from 8.0 – 10.5 GHz and typically provides 20W saturated output power with power-added efficiency of 46%. The KX2-2046 can support military and commercial radar systems. It is matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both RF input and output ports. The KX2-2046 is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer. Safran’s TG600 is a 600 kW hybrid-electric turbogenerator—derived from the Arrano turboshaft and paired with GENeUS generators—designed to serve as the core propulsion component for Electra’s nine‑passenger eSTOL aircraft.

Fast connection and disconnection are possible, and it provides a stable connection against vibration or shock. It is IP67-grade waterproof and can be used in humid or dusty environments. It also provides the ability to shield electromagnetic interference (EMI).
