Tactical Mobile Anti Drone Rifle system offers directional and Omni-directional solutions (selected by the operator) for pilot-controlled or autonomous GNSS-guided (waypoint) drone threats. The field proven ergonomic, modular and light-weight solution of the legacy RF Jammer system is customized for drone threats within this system. The scope on the rifle is used to aim to the threat and neutralize it with directional antenna system. For multiple drone threats or area protection, Omni-directional antenna system is used. The Crane stands as a state-of-the-art Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) detector. This device features a 5-megapixel resolution in a 2560×2048 format with a fine 5μm pitch. It is based on SCD's established XBn technology or Hot Full Midwave (HFM) and incorporates a digital readout circuit developed using an advanced CMOS process. The High Operating Temperature (HOT) Focal Plane Array (FPA) functions efficiently at 150K or 120K, enabling a large-format detector that excels in image quality while maintaining a relatively compact size, weight, and power consumption. The system is designed to maximise installation flexibility, through optional power and diagnostics data over RF (permitting the use of a single cable), and a highly reconfigurable baseplate to allow the mounting holes and connector type/ position to be tailored to the target platform. Use of Chelton’s established and field-tested GNSS Anti-Jam core firmware provides a high degree of protection against complex threat scenarios and in highly dynamic environments. A software definable core allows future upgradeable ‘Signal Intelligence Apps’ to be hosted, providing the user with situational awareness of the battlefield environment and allows feedback into mission planning activities.
