The NSP-5 is an all-weather, multimode, Ku-band radar designed to fly on Group 3-4 Unmanned Airborne Systems (UAS). Its low-Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) design means ample room for other onboard sensors, such as Electro-Optical and Infrared (EO/IR) cameras. This means users can understand the bigger picture. The NSP-5 is capable of performing spot and stripmap Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) and Magnitude Change Detection (MCD), as well as Moving Target Indication (MTI) collections in a variety of maritime and land environments in all weather conditions. This includes smoke, fog and other obscurations where the operators do not have a clear view of the terrain below them. The NSP-5 has a proven track record of reliability and has a recommended maintenance interval of 2,000 hours. Additionally, the modular design makes the NSP-5 easy to integrate onto most platforms.

QPL certification is a system in which the US government guarantees the quality only for products that have passed strict local company inspections made of 150 tests and verifications under the supervision of the US government. Our products are used for manufacturing interior design components for civil and military aircraft construction. Sandwich structures are used in many areas of an aircraft (storage compartments, interiors, wings) to reduce weight. In order to structurally strengthen the honeycombs or insert them, they often have to be filled during the production process. Typical materials are one- and two-component epoxy resins with a very high proportion of hollow glass spheres. These require extremely gentle handling, as they would otherwise be destroyed, which in turn would result in an increase in density. Common application patterns are beads, circles, full surfaces and egde-filling. The job is often done manually, which results in long production times and high running costs due to material waste. Lack of reproducibility is just as problematic as the health hazard often posed by these media.
