It forms part of a strategic partnership between the two companies centred around collaboration on a range of uncrewed autonomous air systems. The partnership capitalises on the investments and experiences that each company has gained over decades in this domain, including lessons learnt from a range of legacy platforms.
The initial system will be designed with modularity and adaptability for different missions, and offer multiple launch options such as air drop, ground launch, maritime launch and launch from a wide-body logistic aircraft.

LLC-4000 is a cutting-edge 4K low-latency video encoder/decoder purpose-built for tactical operations, reconnaissance, and situational awareness in demanding environments.
It delivers reliable real-time video transmission over narrow-bandwidth satellite links and tactical radio systems, enabling uninterrupted communication during critical missions.
Engineered with a compact form factor and advanced compression technology, the LLC-4000 is well-suited for remote and mobile deployments where bandwidth is limited. Supplied in a rugged hardshell case (Pelicase®), embedded components such as a 21.5-inch touchscreen, high-performance PC or joystick can be selected according to industry standards.
It also boasts a 10-year spare parts guarantee as well as extreme robustness and reliability even in harsh environments.
Simplicity and ease of operation were key when developing ICS 2. The operator connects the robotic platform with one single cable and using the integrated joystick, operation is simple and self-explanatory.

The 100W High Power Amplifier is an L-band amplifier that delivers 100W output across two channels with a 60% duty cycle.
It offers a gain of over 50 dB, with output flatness of 2 dB depending on the input signal level.
The amplifier provides an ACLR performance of -20 dBc at maximum output.
Equipped with an output-stage bandpass filter (BPF), it achieves excellent harmonic suppression of -70 dBc.
