The Transmit/Receive Module splits 2 transmit input channels into 32 output channels. Each channel delivers an output power of at least 3.2 W with a transmit efficiency of 35.5% or higher. It features independent phase control for each transmit channel. On the receive side, 32 input channels are combined into two output channels. The total receive gain is 34 dB or greater, and each channel supports individual gain and phase control. The noise figure is 3.5 dB or lower per channel. Built-in monitoring functions include internal temperature monitoring and output signal monitoring.

It supports both daytime and nighttime monitoring, making it highly versatile in various missions. The drone is optimized for portability, allowing operators to carry and deploy it with ease. The HXB13 Connectors, featuring expanded beam technology, hermaphroditic connection, rugged construction for field deployment have been designed for harsh environment applications such as military tactical communications, avionics, offshore systems, outside broadcast, mining and plant.

The expanded beam technology uses expanded and collimated beams to couple optical fibers without any contact. It could allow for optics to be used in areas that have been quite restrictive due to presence of damage or contamination at the fiber end. Hermaphroditic connector design enables fast deployment by daisy-chaining multiple cable segments.
