The ground control system for the corps-level unmanned aerial vehicle (RQ-101) consists of a flight control assembly and an integrated operation assembly. Flight control is performed using additional equipment such as a knob assembly, switch assembly, contact indicator, and flight controller located in the flight control assembly. It provides functions to perform flight missions such as mission planning, target tracking, and image collection.

The data transmission system is linked to the mission computer through MIL-STD-1553B and Ethernet interfaces to provide the ability to transmit ground mission planning data and ground mission analysis data. DTS consists of a data transfer unit for data transfer control and a data transfer cartridge for storing mission planning data and mission analysis data.
