Developed as Korea’s first hydrogen-and-battery hybrid propulsion system, this next-generation eco-friendly aircraft uses electric batteries for take-off and hydrogen fuel cells for cruise flight, achieving a new standard in sustainable aviation. Recognized as a world-first intellectual property, this model also became the first hydrogen hybrid Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) aircraft in Korea to receive Special Airworthiness Certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in 2024.

The VPX3-C11 which provides a full 3U OpenVPX(VITA 65) is a Single Board Computer(SBC) that combines the power, versatility, cost-effectiveness of the 11th generation Intel Xeon W processor and RM590E PCH chipset with the reliability. VPX3-C11 is based on the Intel Xeon W- 11865MLE CPU that has 8 cores running at max 4.5GHz and providing 32Gbytes of high-bandwidth DDR4 SDRAM. Intel Xeon processor includes an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 11th Gen(32 EU) graphics engine, providing discrete GPU performance with OpenGL for graphicsintensive applications. For storage application VPX3-C11 provides the built-in 80GB SLC NVMe SSD solution via PCIe x4 lanes as well as the external SATA expansion through VPX site. The VPX3-C11 satisfies the demanding applications ranging from tactical aircraft to armoured vehicles to rugged industrial systems, with its rich complement of features and I/O including Intel Graphics, Integrated Platform Management Interface, Gigabit Ethernet, DIO, Serial channels, USB ports and more. Especially VPX3-C11 was designed to keep the pin compatibility with VPX3-C11, previous 6th Generation model in terms of I/O interface signal arrangement.

Its unique tail-sitter design enables vertical takeoff and landing while maintaining fixed-wing efficiency during flight. The drone achieves high-speed performance and extended flight distances, making it ideal for wide-area monitoring. [Cutting by water jet] Micro water jet cutting: The micro water jet enables a refined process to be carried out in precision cutting. This high-precision technology reduces the jet diameter by a factor of 5 and makes water jet cutting more precise by a factor of 10. The micro water jet achieves a cutting accuracy of +/- 0.01 mm and a positioning accuracy of ±0.005 mm. The proven advantages of the cold cutting process remain unchanged. In the pure water process, the cutting width was reduced to 0.2 mm in the abrasive process for hard materials such as nickel-based alloys and titanium. The new technology controls the cutting process and manipulates the cutting path depending on the contour and speed enabling a highly precise cut. Standard waterjet cutting: Water jet cutting is highly efficient and at the same time less severe than other cutting techniques. Low process forces and thermal loads prevent bending or melting. We can cut filigree delicate contours from practically all nickel alloys and titanium alloys. Using our standard process we can cut a range of shapes and dimensions according to customer requirements and drawings and achieve tolerances of +/- 0.1 mm or +/- 0.2 mm.
