Motus
Ultra-High Accuracy MEMS
Motus features some of the highest accuracy MEMS accelerometers and gyroscopes currently available. Motus’s inertial performance exceeds some FOG IMUs and is up to 100x smaller and 10x cheaper. Motus is put through Advanced Navigation’s intensive calibration process to provide consistently accurate data over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Miniature Package
Never before has such high inertial performance been available in such a small package. Motus consumes just over 1 cubic inch in volume and weighs only 26 grams. This makes it ideal for weight and size sensitive applications. Motus is available in an OEM package suitable for integration into larger products or an enclosed package for external and standalone use.
Advanced Signal Processing
Motus samples its sensors synchronously at 1000Hz through six individual 24-bit differential ADCs which minimizes noise as well as providing optimal thermal calibration and performance characteristics. 14 separate heavily filtered regulated power supplies ensure that each sensor and ADC is operating off the cleanest possible power supply.
Reliability
Motus has been designed from the ground up for mission critical control applications where reliability is very important. It is built on top of a safety oriented real time operating system and all software is designed and tested to safety standards with fault tolerance in mind. The hardware is designed and manufactured to mil standards.
High Update Rate
Motus outputs temperature calibrated sensor data at 1000Hz as well as filtered attitude at the same rate. This allows for control of dynamically unstable platforms.
TAEKYUNG ELEC. Co., LTD.
e-VTOL-350
Our e-VTOL drone offers versatile vertical take-off and landing capabilities with precise and stable flight. Equipped with advanced sensors and real-time camera monitoring, it ensures safe and efficient operations in diverse environments.
ViscoTec Pumpen- u. Dosiertechnik GmbH
Automated Insert Potting / Insert Bonding
Inserts are used in the aerospace industry in lightweight sandwich panels and are then bonded. The panels can then be screwed or various components can be fastened.
However, the manual process has several disadvantages: Enormous expenditure of time for the manual filling of several thousand inserts, high material waste due to relaxation of the material, and high material costs through the use of cartridges.
ViscoTec can map the filling process automatically. The dispensing process is absolutely precise. A significant amount of material can thus be saved. In addition, material can be supplied from large containers, which in turn lowers purchase prices. Another important advantage: As a rule, no new specifications have to be made since no changes are made to the actual process.

BAE Systems
M109A7
The M109A7 is the latest howitzer in the BAE Systems M109 family of vehicles, the primary indirect fire support system for the ABCTs. It uses the existing main armament and cab structure of a Paladin M109A6, and replaces the vehicle’s chassis components with modem components common to the Bradley vehicle. The improved chassis structure provides greater survivability and commonality with the existing systems in the ABCT, reducing operational sustainability costs by replacing obsolete components.
The M109A7 is supported by the Army as a vital technology enhancement program to maintain the combat capability of its ABCTs. The M109A7 will solve long-term readiness and modernization needs of the M109 family of vehicles through a critical redesign and production plan that leverages the most advanced technology available today. This state-of-the-art “digital backbone” and power generation capability provides a more robust, survivable and responsive indirect fire support capability for ABCT Soldiers.
The M109A7 is considered to be the most cost-effective method to significantly improve sustainability and survivability, while reducing the logistics burden on the ABCT and supporting fires brigades. The program will be executed as a public/private partnership between the Army’s Project Manager-HBCT, Anniston Army Depot and BAE Systems that leverages the strengths of both public and private sectors to ensure the best value for U.S. Soldiers.
Precision Sensors
D56M Series Differential Pressure Switch
The D56M differential pressure switch provides high precision measurement across a wide range of low-differential pressure conditions in a package smaller than other units of comparable capability. The membrane senses changes between the “high” and “low” pressure inlets while offering excellent repeatability and high cycle life. Optional hermetically sealed contacts mean the D56M can be well suited when vapor ignition is a concern.
Typical uses include airflow control plenums.
For a similar switch with a higher resistance to shock and vibration, refer to the D16M
For qualification information, please consult the sales or engineering departments.

Shield AI
Hivemind - Autonomous AI Pilot
The First & Only Autonomous AI Pilot Deployed Since 2018
Similar to a human pilot, Hivemind reads and reacts to the battlefield, and does not require GPS, waypoints, or comms to make decisions. Hivemind enables intelligent teams to perform missions ranging from room clearance with Novas, penetrating air defense systems with V-BATs, to dogfighting F-16s.
Intelligent Teaming
Shield AI’s synthetic environments combined with human-machine tactics and behaviors. Testing and learning in real physics simulations reduces engineering cycle times and enables rapid real-world deployment. Welcome to the defense metaverse.
Edge Autonomy
The aircraft uses sensors to create a map or world-view, the computer then tells the aircraft or autopilot where to go and what to do to execute its mission. No GPS, no waypoints, and no comms are needed for aircraft to accomplish their missions.
