DA 22-BLDC Brushless Actuator To guarantee maximum safety and reliability, its brushless motor and contactless, wear-free position sensing system makes the DA 22 BLDC immune to wear, vibrations and shock loads. The D56M differential pressure switch provides high precision measurement across a wide range of low-differential pressure conditions in a package smaller than other units of comparable capability. The membrane senses changes between the “high” and “low” pressure inlets while offering excellent repeatability and high cycle life. Optional hermetically sealed contacts mean the D56M can be well suited when vapor ignition is a concern.

Engine Start Begins with ATS. The Air Turbine Starter (ATS) is a key component of an aircraft's secondary power system, driven by Bleed Air supplied from the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to accelerate the engine up to approximately 8,900 RPM, enabling engine start. Through the in-house development and localization of the ATS, we have incorporated power generation, optimal design of the shear section with consideration of failure, Containment functionality, as well as lubrication and power transmission systems. In addition, we have secured manufacturing and assembly technologies and continue development aimed at successful operation and the establishment of a mass production system.

The ASN-157 was developed to meet the ongoing need for helicopters with reduced size and weight avionics. The ASN-157 system has an accuracy of 0.15 percent of total velocity, weighs less than 13 lbs., consists of one line-replaceable unit, and has a predicted mean time between failure of over 7,300 hours.
