We, STX Engine, started with our business to be designated as a defense company in 1977 and established a factory for defense purposes in 1988. REP series is easy to use for quick mating. The REP panel and cable connectors are a highly cost-effective interconnect system, which solves the constant need for simple and reliable connector solutions in rail applications. A full plastic solution offered in either wire attachment or PCB mounting options to provide rapid assembly installation without requiring additional mounting hardware. Cable receptacle connectors are available to mate with the cable plug connectors for cable-to- cable solutions when needed. The series is qualified to French and European rail standards. The connectors are available as one overmolded plastic part to save assembly time.

The DA 15‐N is our smallest and lightest full brushless actuator. Its brushless motor and contactless, wear-free position sensing system makes the DA 15‐N immune to wear, vibrations and shock loads. It has especially been designed for usage in harsh environments and for safety-critical applications that require an actuator with high endurance. The conductive aluminum case and the shielded connection cable are reducing the susceptibility to any kind to EMI/RFI noise to the absolute minimum. The servo features position, temperature and current feedback as a standard and is fully programmable.

Whether satellites, spacecraft or space debris – GESTRA, the "German Experimental Surveillance and Tracking Radar", is a state-of-the-art radar system for observing and tracking objects in space. It operates in the microwave range and explores the Low Earth Orbit of 300 to 3,000 kilometres, i.e. the range in which most satellites and the International Space Station (ISS) are located. This makes it possible, for example, to protect space systems or the ISS from a collision with debris particles by providing a timely warning. Millions of tiny particles orbit the earth and, at a speed of around 28,000 km/h, pose a threat to active space technologies. GESTRA was developed and built by the Fraunhofer Institute for High Frequency Physics and Radar Techniques FHR on behalf of the German Space Agency at DLR.
