This product is a test-rig to test the injection and function of various fuel (diesel oil, gas) objects of the main engine. This product model is made from slide fuel valve types of traditional diesel engines to latest dual fuel gas engines GI, GI, LGIP, LGIM/X-DFM, and ammonia fuel valve engines LGIA and X-DFA types, and we are directly doing everything from design to production. In accordance with the maintenance regulations recommended by Everllence and WIN GD, it is a product that tests the normal functionality of fuel injectors of main engine after disassembling, cleaning and reassembling of fuel injection valves.

This EGR-Cooler prototype, developed in collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company, was fabricated using EOS Stainless Steel 316L, renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in demanding automotive applications. The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. The SC-HPCRTM is a Rear Transition Module (RTM) designed to extend the I/O functionality of the HPC2812 high-performance computing board. It can be mounted on the rear side of the VPX backplane to enhance system connectivity and I/O flexibility. Since the HPC2812 board consists of two computing nodes, the SC-HPCRTM provides dedicated interfaces for each node, including Ethernet, USB, MMCX, and Mini-HDMI ports, ensuring optimal data communication and display output performance in mission-critical embedded systems.
