Today, space satellites are moving away from RF Analog based payloads providing low speed telecommunication signaling, to a new Digital Transparent Processor architecture for high throughput satellites. Those architectures increase the demand for rugged and higher speed connectivity. To meet those industry needs, Smiths Interconnect has developed the NXS Series, an advanced high speed, high density interconnect to provide next generation data on demand. Equipped with the Hypertac® hyperboloid contact technology the NXS system can withstand data rate application up to 50 Gbps (per channel) requirements, including extreme levels of vibration, shock and climatic testing above 2100 g. The NXS Series is designed in a robust construction with 4 or 12 high speed quadrax (dual-twinax) modules. The recent EMI Flange addition provides the extra benefit of reducing electromagnetic interference. Each ultra-high density quadrax module contains 2 dual twinax at 100 Ω each pair. It is blind mateable, hot pluggable, with ultra-low mating forces and low outgassing materials. In addition, the solderless PCB mount design reduces the customer’s risk and cost of ownership. The connector is mounted after reflow and has no impact on nearby components.

Due to its lightweight nature, TYTO 100 can transmit photos/low-resolution video from Manned and Unmanned Platforms beyond line of sight. TYTO 100 features an all-in-one Certus SFX module and antenna, with power supply. Wi-Fi and Ethernet Connectivity can be easily paired with existing customer devices, and Global Satellite Connectivity can be added. The TYTO 100 can also be used as Standalone mode with built-in Battery.

Quadro Versa expands the capabilities of Exolaunch's microsatellite separation systems with a four-point offering tailored to satellites weighing up to 1000 kg and flying on SpaceX Rideshare plates. Versa has been designed for compatibility with the SpaceX four-point interfaces, and it is easily scalable to any size from 24”x24” up to 40”x40”. Larger satellites over 1000 kg and with larger footprints are also served by Versa, which offers unrivaled strength, stiffness and reliability for four-point satellites of any size.

The Glenair next-generation STAR-PAN NG ecosystem incorporates a range of new capabilities in direct response to requests from JTACs, special operations forces, mission commanders, and other military specialists. Design innovations in STAR-PAN NG have resulted in higher current-carrying capabilities, greater versatility in power input support, and real-time plug-and-play USB device integration. The STAR-PAN NG hub and cable series offers a number of interface improvements and circuit board innovation.
