It Starts With The F-16

Hivemind will deploy as a digital co-pilot on a U.S. Air Force F-16, with the goal of rapidly scaling across next-generation aircraft, F-22s, F-18s, and other fighter jets. Hivemind will make legacy fighters relevant for decades to come and will power the next generation of military aircraft.

This EGR-Cooler prototype, developed in collaboration with Hyundai Motor Company, was fabricated using EOS Stainless Steel 316L, renowned for its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties in demanding automotive applications. The part was additively manufactured over a period of 64 hours, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of metal 3D printing for precision and reliability. Unlike conventional designs, this innovative component integrates 14 separate parts into a single, unified structure, greatly simplifying assembly while enhancing operational efficiency. The implementation of a Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structure within the cooler significantly improves heat exchange performance and enables substantial weight reduction, meeting next-generation thermal management requirements. The Harxon JH001 and JH003 antennas are purpose-built for UAVs operating in environments with jamming and spoofying, offering superior anti-jamming capabilities far beyond ordionary helix antennas. Leveraging advanced beamforming technology and pre-multiple filtering, these antennas significantly enhance signal quality by effectively suppressing out-of-band noise and mitigating multipath interference. The Nokia Banshee 5G and 4G Tactical Radio delivers a resilient, mission-critical communications network for small teams operating in the most austere environments. Designed for warfighters operating at the tip of the spear, the Banshee 5G and 4G Tactical Radio provides an encrypted private wireless network in a low Size, Weight and Power (SWaP) form factor. The battery or AC-powered Banshee 5G and 4G Tactical Radio keeps teams connected to share real-time Situational Awareness across the mission space. Whether deployed in urban settings or remote, hostile terrains, the Banshee 5G and 4G Tactical Radio offers the durability and performance to keep the mission moving forward without compromise.

The FOR-10T/R supports Base configurations (including 10 Taps) and enables long-distance transmission of image signals via optical fiber, along with RS232 control signals and CC1~4 trigger signals. These signals are transmitted to the PC. This product supports transmission distances of up to 2 km, and by replacing the optical module, even longer distances can be achieved.  Fully supports the Camera Link interface (Area/Line Scan).  Supports Base (including 10 Taps) configurations (CC1~4, RS232, 10 Ports (Taps), LVAL, DVAL, FVAL).  Supports pixel frequency from 20 to 85 MHz.  Maximum transmission distance: 2000 m.  Enables lossless transmission.  Supports all external full-duplex RS232 communication speeds on a single port.  Features a locking DC power jack (Molex).  Camera link Connector Type : SDR connector.

Since the start of the ROK and US military aircraft maintenance program in 1978, Korean Air has grown into the largest military aircraft maintenance facility in the Asia-Pacific region, having delivered more than 4,700 military aircraft. We established and maintain a cooperative relationship with ROK and USG military to support the comprehensive maintenance of military aircraft, from F-4, F-15, F-16, A-10, UH-60, to CH-47, and more. Based on Korean Air's expertise in commercial aviation operation, we plan to introduce the "Performance-Based Logistics System", a next-generation maintenance support concept, to realize high-level follow-up military support services.
