KT-1 Basic Trainer and KA-1 Armed Airborne Controller developed with indigenous technology are being operated in ROKAF and proving safety performance and reliability. KT-1 opened the age of aircraft exports starting from Indonesia and expanding its footprint to Turkey, Peru and Senegal with its high spin recovering capability, fuel efficiency and economic operation ability in the same class aircraft.

A comprehensive line of products in C, X, Ku, Ka and Q-band for SATCOM and 5G&6G are available as off-the-shelf items or custom-made design upon request. These products are specialized in various types of mobility environment including airborne application. We serve the customers in more than 20 countries with fully field proven products. The new era of wireless communication requires a converged solution of SATCOM and 5G&6G in the aspects of technologies and services. XMW is preparing for the new era with the solutions inherited from SATCOM and 5G&6G business for more than a decade.

ELECTROMECHANICAL RELAYS

Sungjin Techwin develops operating control computers designed for ground and naval defense applications. Engineered for harsh environments, these ruggedized systems provide secure and real-time processing to support RCWS operations, anti-drone defense, and unmanned surface vehicle control. Built to military standards, they offer high reliability under shock, vibration, and temperature extremes while enabling seamless integration with sensors, weapons, and communication networks. By combining durability with scalable architecture, Sungjin’s operating control computers ensure mission effectiveness across diverse modern battlefield domains.

Engine Start Begins with ATS. The Air Turbine Starter (ATS) is a key component of an aircraft's secondary power system, driven by Bleed Air supplied from the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to accelerate the engine up to approximately 8,900 RPM, enabling engine start. Through the in-house development and localization of the ATS, we have incorporated power generation, optimal design of the shear section with consideration of failure, Containment functionality, as well as lubrication and power transmission systems. In addition, we have secured manufacturing and assembly technologies and continue development aimed at successful operation and the establishment of a mass production system.

Hypertac Green ConnectTM Contact Technology offers a Lead-free and Beryllium-free high power contact solution with unparallel low contact resistance. The lower contact resistance of the Hypertac Green Connect hyperboloid contact reduces heat build-up allowing the contacts able to handle far greater current in smaller contact assemblies without adversely effecting temperature rise. Thanks to the improved crimp design of the socket offering an increased contact area between the contact body and the multi-stranded cable, Hypertac Green ConnectTM solution can offer an unrivalled low contact resistance.
