The fully redundant DA 30-HT-D has been developed for applications with the highest reliability demands. The redundant – two channel – design of the actuator allows continuous operation even if one of the two channels has failed. All major components such as the electric motors, control and communication electronics, and power supply are available twice (redundant). The position sensor features a three channel design (for 2 out of 3 voting). Additionally, there are several sensors integrated to provide diagnostic information such as current consumption, supply voltage levels and temperature readings. All major components of the actuator are continuously diagnosed by the microcontrollers of the actuator and its health status can be read via the redundant RS485.

The SCFAN-CTRL-5U is an internal fan control module installed inside the chassis to manage cooling performance. It integrates with FAN trays and operates through Kontron’s Power Supply Control Module (PSCM) to control up to one 12V @ 3.5A fan and seven 12V @ 2.5A fans. The X-band LNB is a satellite ground transport terminal that includes a transmission rejection filter and performs downconversion of X-band signals to IF using an internal reference frequency. It features dustproof, moisture-proof, and waterproof protection, along with self-diagnostic functions such as a lock alarm. The unit provides a total gain of over 60 dB and supports a wide bandwidth of 500 MHz. Its frequency stability is maintained within 0.31 ppm.
