The SWIR lens is also chromatically corrected to support a broader short-wave IR wavelength regime from 0.7-1.7μm and operates with minimal distortion. Runtime reaches up to 130 hours (LED 130 h / IR 125 h) on a single AA battery. Built to MIL‑STD‑810G and KC standards, it ensures drop, dust, sand, immersion, and temperature resistance. The Haigh-Farr Wraparound™ is a self-contained omnidirectional antenna for cylindrical or conical shaped bodies. A single point feed is used and no external splitters, combiners or cable harnesses are required for installation. The antenna is conformal, and may be mounted flush, or on the exterior of the vehicle.
