T/FA-50 PTO Shaft, The New Standard for Next-Generation High-Speed Rotating Power Transmission The power transmission shaft (PTO Shaft) applied to the T/FA-50 features in-house designed, optimized flexible couplings that provide excellent durability. In addition, the adoption of high-speed precision balancing technology effectively suppresses vibration and ensures shaft oscillation prevention. While it shares a similar form with the KF-21 power transmission shaft, the T/FA-50 PTO Shaft incorporates unique, dedicated technology, making it distinct. The SCXMC-HDLC card operates through the XMC interface of the SBC and provides real-time communication for control and status data based on synchronization signals. It supports serial communication via the SBCRTM’s Micro D-sub 37-pin connector using a standard D-sub 9-pin interface, allowing long-distance transmission through LVDS signaling. With four transmit/receive channels, it achieves 1–8 Mbps per channel and delivers low-latency performance of less than 40 µs for real-time operations. A device driver program is required for operation, and the Linux driver can be downloaded from Seedcore’s product page. Drivers for other operating systems can be developed upon request. This module is deployed in the L-SAM multi-function radar system, enabling fast and reliable control data communication across mission-critical components.

The Integrated Weather Observation System (IWOS®) is the compact, wireless, rugged weather station that can be customized to any customers’ specific needs. This system can replace legacy weather stations that require hardline power or extensive infrastructure for permanent installation. It integrates up to eight environmental sensing modules with optional satellite communication in a package that fits into a single case and weighs less than 25 lb. In addition to its portability, performance, and professional-grade construction, the modular design of the IWOS lends itself to higher accuracy, higher availability, and a lower lifecycle cost thanks to its easily replaceable and serviceable modules.

High impedance D-Sub connectors are designed to ground the outer shield of a twinax or quadrax contact directly to the shell of the connector. A multi-finger ground spring fixed around the shell provides a multi-point contact engagement that affords superior EMI shielding. The end result is an extremely low contact resistance when measured from the contact outer body to the connector flange, ensuring minimal RF noise and high durability of over 500 mating cycles.
