The CAS-500(Compact Advanced Satellite), phase #1 project is the project in which KAI aims to develop a CAS500-1 by operating a joint design team with Korea Aerospace Research Institute(KARI) and to transfer the government’s satellite development technology to the industries. Then, KAI initiates the development of the CAS500-2 project and establish the industry-led development as well as mass-production infrastructure.

The KC-390 is capable of transporting and launching cargo and troops and performing a wide array of missions including: medical evacuation, search and rescue, humanitarian search and rescue, aerial refueling (fighters and helicopters), aerial firefighting and humanitarian assistance.

The VPX6-C6 which provides a full 6U OpenVPX(VITA65) is a Single Board Computer(SBC) that combines the power, versatility, cost-effectiveness of the 8th generation Intel mobile one-chip processor solution with the reliability. VPX6-C6 is based on the Intel i7-8665UE CPU that has quad cores running at 1.7GHz and providing a 32Gbytes of highbandwidth DDR4 SDRAM. Intel i7 processor includes an integrated Intel UHD 620 graphics engine, providing discrete GPU performance with OpenGL for graphics-intensive applications.
