EO/IR Payload System EOTS (Electro-Optical Tracking System) is an electronic optical image tracking device that identifies danger and emergency situations on the battlefield, monitors and tracks tragets, and calculates their coordinates, and is an essential equipment for drones that can be used in both military and private sectors. M1 and M2 were developed to use a common mount that connects to the drone by keeping the size of the gimbal assembly the same at 4 inches. M1 can be recognized at a maximum of 0.2km for humans during the day and at night, and M2, which operates in adverse conditions at night, can be recognized at up to 1.0km for tanks in the form of IR continuous zoom.

Pandion Perception provides a robust solution for autonomous navigation, Advanced Driver Assist (ADAS) and mapping in GPS-denied environments, efficiently generating the low-latency spatial data that every autonomous system needs. EMCORE’s SDI170 IMU is designed as a performance-compatible inertial system that is form, fit, and functional with a legacy RLG-based IMU product, but with superior overall performance, versatility, and a significantly higher MTBF (Mean Time Before Failure) rating over ruggedized environments. The tactical performance of the SDI170 IMU is based on EMCORE’s mature, proven, dependable and accurate quartz MEMS inertial sensor technology in our SDI500 tactical-grade IMU. EMCORE’s quartz technology enables repeatable high-volume production of precisely machined sensor structures combined with the inherent large signal output and thermal stability of quartz materials. The SDI170 IMU is designed for demanding, mission-critical, rugged environments and ideal for continuous use applications with no wear-out components, highly linear accelerometer performance and longer life compared to competing alternatives. It is constructed with EMCORE’s latest generation quartz gyros, quartz accelerometers, and high-speed signal processing to achieve outstanding precision performance. The solid-state quartz sensors and hermetically sealed IMU construction provide reliable MTBF and a 20-year operating and storage life. Continuous Built-in Test (BIT), configurable communications protocols, electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection and flexible input power compatibility make the SDI170 IMU easy to use in a wide range of higher-order integrated commercial and defense system applications.

MPS Microsystems is specialized in manufacturing high-precision, miniature linear bearings. We offer a comprehensive range of exceptionally smooth bearings with bore diameters from Ø 2 mm to Ø 6 mm. The balls of these precision bearings meet ‘Grade 3’, the highest quality defined by the ISO 3290/DIN 5401 standard. Combined with a cage and a high precision casing, they allow rapid positioning while reducing friction and eliminating the stick-slip effect. The standard version of MPS Microsystems linear bearings consists of a stainless steel bushing and balls, and a brass cage. An all-stainless steel version or one with ceramic balls can be made on request.
