Inertial Measurement Units (IMU)

The IMU-P and Kernel are calibrated within their operating temperature range to achieve maximum end-user usability. This also ensures tactical grade performance regardless of the environment in which it is used.
These IMUs are a cost-effective ITAR-free solution for systems that may have previously only used Fiber-Optic Gyroscopes (FOGs) as the primary solution. Using extensive calibration methods and a robust Kalman Filter, Inertial Labs developed the IMU-P and the Kernel product lines to compete in performance with many FOG units on the market.

GPS-Aided Inertial Navigation Systems (INS

The professional model of INS, the INS-P, utilizes an embedded, high-precision, gyro-compensated magnetic compass, which allows the navigation system to measure and output high-precision Heading without GNSS signal even in extreme environmental conditions (temperature, vibration, interference from external magnetic field).

Two and Three Axis Gyroscopes (TAG)

These devices utilize advanced, tactical-grade MEMS sensitivity whose size, power consumption, reliability, and performance are ideal for accomplishing complex tasks requiring accurately stabilizing assorted platforms.
The TAG units are factory-calibrated over their operational temperature range and precision machined to ensure low non-orthogonality and misalignment between sensitive elements. Additionally, these items are ITAR-free and exportable (ECCN 7A994) to available countries. Each unit is supplied with individual Calibration and Acceptance Test Certificates and goes through extensive Quality Assurance and Quality Compliance procedures to ensure product reliability before shipping.
Railway Motion Control Unit (RMCU)

The Inertial Labs RMCU utilizes three 3-axes, each precision MEMS accelerometer, miniature Fluxgate magnetometers, and MEMS gyroscopes, to provide accurate heading, pitch, and roll of the device under the measure. The integration of gyroscopes’ output provides high-frequency, real-time measurement of the device rotation for all three rotational axes. Accelerometers and Fluxgate magnetometers measure absolute and very accurately in static and dynamic conditions, such as pitch, roll, and heading/Azimuth at RMCU initial alignment, and provide ongoing corrections to gyroscopes during operation.

The Inertial Labs AHRS-10 utilizes 3-axes each of precision accelerometers, magnetometers and gyroscopes to provide accurate Heading, Pitch and Roll of the device under measure. Integration of gyroscopes’ output provides high frequency, real-time measurement of the device rotation about all three rotational axes. Accelerometers and Fluxgate magnetometer measure absolute Pitch, Roll and magnetic Azimuth at AHRS initial alignment as well as providing ongoing corrections to gyroscopes during operation.
Three Axis Accelerometers (TAA)

The TAA-308, TAA-315 and TAA-340 are revolutionary, compact, self-contained, strapdown, Navigation-grade Accelerometers that measure linear accelerations with high precision due to their unique design and developed by Inertial Labs over last 20 years several significant know-know and technics in calibrations of inertial sensors. Measured by TAA Accelerometers accelerations are determined with low noise and very good repeatability for both motionless and dynamic applications.
LiDAR Remote Sensing Payload Instrument (RESEPI™)

The processing platform contains a WiFi interface, an embedded cellular modem to support RTCM corrections, data logging software, and gigabit ethernet. RESEPI™ can be used with commercially available LiDARs like Velodyne, Quanergy, Ouster, RIEGL, and LIVOX. The device was built with the purpose of white labeling.
RESEPI is entirely modular. You can supply the GNSS receiver. You can supply the LiDAR. We provide everything for assembling, calibrating, and bore-sighting RESEPI™. This allows you to maintain existing relationships and meet local production requirements.
