The Integrated Weather Observation System (IWOS®) is the compact, wireless, rugged weather station that can be customized to any customers’ specific needs. This system can replace legacy weather stations that require hardline power or extensive infrastructure for permanent installation. It integrates up to eight environmental sensing modules with optional satellite communication in a package that fits into a single case and weighs less than 25 lb. In addition to its portability, performance, and professional-grade construction, the modular design of the IWOS lends itself to higher accuracy, higher availability, and a lower lifecycle cost thanks to its easily replaceable and serviceable modules.

The KX1-3046 is an X-band high-power MMIC amplifier fabricated on the GaN-on-SiC process. It operates from 8.0 – 10.5 GHz and typically provides 30W saturated output power with power-added efficiency of 46%. The KX1-3046 can support military and commercial radar systems. It is matched to 50Ω with integrated DC blocking capacitors on both RF input and output ports. The KX1-3046 is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer. Dual antenna heading provides high accuracy heading that is not impacted by magnetic interference and has no motion requirements. Time Synchronization Certus Evo contains a GNSS disciplined oscillator that can act as the primary time source within a distributed time system, enabling access to ultra-accurate system time using PTP or NTP network time sync. Certus also has a high-accuracy 1PPS and frequency output. Multi Protocol Support Certus Evo features multiple interfaces including Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS422 and GPIOs. Certus supports all the industry standard protocols including NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000, TSS, PASHR, Simrad as well as a wide variety of proprietary protocols.
