r-TWR are digital towers which enable the remote use of air traffic services (ATS) from any location. Being at an airport, air base or at a centralised location, distance is no longer a factor. The r-TWR functions can be integrated to a traditional tower as a hybrid solution, and can support the ramp and apron management using the same information. It can also be deployed and put in place when needed. Through the use of digital camera technology and sensors, operators can effectively conduct and manage various services remotely, based on visual surveillance. Green Optics possess proprietary CVD-based Zinc Sulfide (ZnS) production technology for defense and industrial multi-wavelength optical materials. We have core technological capabilities to manufacture high-quality ZnS products tailored to meet diverse customer requirements. ZnS Material Optical Performance and Processing ZnS materials produced through CVD processes provide high transmittance exceeding 70% in the SWIR wavelength range (8-12 μm). When these materials undergo additional Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) treatment, the crystal structure undergoes recrystallization, improving transmission characteristics to achieve over 70% transmittance in the visible (VIS) wavelength range of 0.45-0.8 μm. This process extends the application range of optical materials previously limited to SWIR and LWIR bands, delivering superior optical performance across multi-wavelength regions from VIS to LWIR. Material Specifications: - STD-ZnS (Standard ZnS Material): Manufactured via CVD process, exhibits transmittance exceeding 70% in LWIR wavelengths (8-12 μm) with high physical hardness (Knoop hardness: 210 kgf/mm²). - MS-ZnS (Multispectral ZnS): Converted from STD-ZnS through HIP processing, extends wavelength range into the visible spectrum. While crystal structure recrystallization during this process reduces hardness somewhat (approximately 150 kgf/mm²), it still meets MIL specifications. This dual-processing approach enables comprehensive wavelength coverage while maintaining military-grade durability standards.

This Control Actuation System (CAS) is a guidance system for unmanned flying objects. It consists of three MPS fin actuators that each independently position an aerodynamic fin. The maximum angle of incidence is ±8°, which allows the device to carry out highly precise dynamic manoeuvres. The miniature fin actuators that make up this Control Actuation System are manufactured by MPS Microsystems and were designed based on customer specifications. Designed to guide a very small object and disposing of an extremely limited space, these fin actuators meet strict requirements in terms of performance, weight - less than 100 g - and dimensions. To reduce the length of this actuator, MPS Microsystems used part of the screw length as the motor axis. This screw is equipped with a very compact 4-point contact bearing that simultaneously absorbs axial and radial loads. The angular play on the aileron axis is less than 0.1° rms. This actuator meets the storage and vibration requirements of military equipment.
